Darrell my Service Tech did and excellent job.Thank you for a job well done. I know I have the best Heating and Air Conditioner Company in the State of Oklahoma.

Just over an hour after I called to request service a technician was at my house. Both the gentleman that answered my call and Skylar (technician) were wonderful. Rates were more than reasonable too. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them! Very impressed!

I called Hibdons after seeing all the great reviews. When I called the lady who answered (I do not remember her name) was very nice and got me on their schedule quickly. I had a call from our service tech Skylar within 20 mins of my initial call. I love the texts letting me know where he was in route. Skylar arrive when he said he would and was awesome in helping us find out what was going on. Which ended up being a pinhole leak. He was professional, honest, and respectful. I am very pleased with the service we received from beginning to end. I am happy I chose to go with Hibdons. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

After a few day from our first repair we began having the same issues. Our leak was more extensive then we originally thought. We ended up replacing our condenser, evap coils, and line set. Before we did this Skylar came back out and did his best to find the leak. He was just as professional as his previous visit. I'm confident he did everything he could for us before giving us some options to continue. My husband was in contact with Chad several times. Who was amazing as well. Giving us all the information we needed promptly. When we decided to replace parts. Chad reacted quickly sending out techs asap. Which ended up being the SAME DAY! We were ready to wait a day or two and I am still so grateful we received such a fast response. Making our family comfortable was a priority and it showed. We have severals tech here to help do the work. I just can praise this company enough. Skylar, Brandon, Alex, and please forgive me I spoke with another gentleman as well but do not remember his name. Everyone was fantastic. I know the best compliment is a recommendation and plan on spreading the word and sharing with my neighbors and friends.

Chad and Ron have both been extremely helpful when our AC went out. They had Ron out so quickly to see what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable, professional and explained everything. We highly recommend this company.

Pernell was amazing! On time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in no time! I now have a new reliable AC company that does not overcharge for every time they turn the screwdriver! These guys were awesome! Turns out that it’s the same Hibdon family that started Hibdon Tire and later sold. Skyler was our technician and he definitely went above and beyond to help us out and save us money by fixing our AC unit. Would highly recommend this company!

The ac went out on one side of my duplex rental property so I called Hibdon Heating and Air, after I was stood up but a larger company who only took calls through an answering service. It was the best AC repair experience I've had. Dianna who answered the phone at Hibdon was super polite and helpful and she got Skylar out to look at the unit the same day so my tenants wouldn't have to suffer in the heat. Skylar quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the run capacitor and the ac is working great now and blowing out ice cold air. They did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend them and I'll be reaching to them for any future ac repairs and needs.

Hibdon not only provided the best price on my new ac/heat system, but they provided the best Sevice experience. I dreaded shopping for a company to replace my 16 year old system when it went out the last week of July with high 90-100 degree temps.
Brandon, Zach, and Alex were all professional, hard working, knowledgeable, and friendly. They explained every step of install , and was able to provide the earliest availability of all the companies I compared. The American Standard units they installed are top rated, and sure to last me for many years to come. I am 6o years old and homeowner for many of those, when asked Hibdon’s will be the company I recommend to friends and family!

Skylar has been out a couple of times to service my equipment he is very friendly professional and knowledgeable. He takes time to educate me about my equipment and offers ideas of how to save me money I would highly recommend HIBDON they've taken very good care of me
