Alex was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about our unit and even let me hover over him and ask questions! He was courteous and friendly and I will request his services if I need them again.

Skyler assisted me with a service call yesterday. He repaired a gas leak with my HVAC unit and added freon. What a fantastic employee. He is personable, polite, respectful, thorough, flexible and and excellent communicator. He came and serviced our unit during the pandemic. He related that he remembered our kids aren't too far apart in age. We chatted a bit as he worked and found out we both are moving into new homes. I will sign a new agreement with Hibdon because of Skyler.

I called these guys out after another AC contractor recommended them since they didn't have the refrigerant my unit is charged with. Pernell Stewart was the technician I got, and he did a superb job. He thoroughly cleaned the inspected the condensing unit as well as the air handler in the attic. Thank you Hibdon's Heat and Air for a job well done! You earned this 5 star Google review!

Mike did a great job. He was very personable and professional. I was pretty stressed over the whole issue with my ac but he assured me that he would check every thing possible and fix it as efficiently as possible. I now have a working AC and couldn’t be happier with the service he provided!

These guys are great. My AC went out last Saturday... a weekend of all times. I was freakin' because I thought I'd have to wait until Monday for someone to show up and it was hot in my house. They offered same day service, so I thought I'd give them a shot. They Answered! They were very nice and had someone at the house within 30 minutes. Pernell Stewart was the technician and he was very nice and professional. He had my AC up and runnin' in no time! Did not charge extra service fee because it was a weekend. I highly recommend this company!

Hibdon's Heat and Air was able to come to my house the next day after calling because my unit was not blowing cold air. Come to find out I had a leak in one of the lines. Alex and Zac were very helpful in explaining everything they were doing and what needed to be done. Highly recommend and will refer to all my friends. Thank you for great customer service!!

Hired this company to service my AC and a 5 star review is an understatement! They were honest and up front! I was amazed at the customer service and how quickly they got the job done at a very reasonable cost! Alex was very nice and professional!! I highly recommend this company!!
