All About Comfort Heat & Air

This company was sent out as a second opinion for AHS. They tried lying to me by showing me a partial picture of the nameplate on my unit that shows a 60amp breaker. I had a 40amp in my panel. They were saying that because the breaker was undersized in my panel, AHS will not warranty anything. After looking at the nameplate myself, I noticed it did say 60amp MAX, but 35amp MINIMUM. I had a 40amp which IS sized appropriately. But they told AHS I had a undersized breaker. Then they said I had undersized wiring based upon how small my whip was. I asked them to show me what they were talking about. They said at most, I have #12awg wire running a 60amp unit. So I challenged them and took off the face plate to the disconnect that exposed the wiring. I had #6awg and not #12awg. But in their report to AHS, they still said I had a undersized whip. This company lied on two instances to AHS which could affect the outcome. Do not use these Hucksters.

Horrible Company! Feel threw my roof, caught my air conditioner on fire. Cut my support beam in my attic and took a piece of the panel with them that was stuck in his leg. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
