Dennis came to repair my A.C. unit on a hot Saturday afternoon. He found the problem in no time. He explained the problem and instructed me on what to do if this happens again. I really appreciated his advice and professionalism. Thank Dennis and All About Comfort.

Claimed our unit wasn't under warranty until my wife mentioned we had the receipt showing we'd paid out of pocket. Then they quoted us $180 on a $20 part on top of the $85 service fee. I just went and bought the part and installed it myself.

Dennis came and got our ac up and running in 15mins. They come on time, and reasonable rate of $75. Very friendly and professional, definitely will recommend to my family and friends. Thanks!

Like many I was assigned this company through my warranty company AHS. If you should have this experience request a different company immediately. They are unprofessional, inefficient, and their customer service is below sub par. If I could give them a zero rating I would! I have found that for the most part customers of AHS are at the mercy of the companies such as this one. Reputable companies do not want to do business with them. I shal be doing a complete review on their FB and yelp pages. What a nightmare of an experience!

Dennis and Marcos showed up to the house I could just tell everything was going to be alright. These guys were so knowledgeable and honest with their diagnosis, quick to take control of the situation and even quicker with replacing the bad part and getting my home nice and toasty on this cold winters day.

The AC was not cooling. The AC tech, I believe his name was Dennis, was very professional and polite. He took time to explain what he believed to be the problem. Replaced a capacitor and checked the feron.

They called to confirm appt, they were prompt, and got me going in good time. I will use them again and again but hopefully won't need them. They explained what they did in terms that I understood. Thanks for a job well done.

We had a brand new unit put it 2 years ago. This company never came out for an inspection after it was replaced even after we called and asked them to. Now our unit needs 2 coils replaced totally $1800!! Code violations and shortcuts were taken all over the place!!! Avoid this company at all cost!

The lady on the phone was rude and wouldn't answer a simple question of what kind of time frame I'm looking at to hear back from a service request. I would not recommend unless you are forced to use them thur your home warranty company. But at least they answered the phone I guess.
