Technician Dennis came out to check our furnace. Found a couple of issues and fixed everything in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and customer friendly. I definitely would recommend him.

They showed up 2 hours after calling me and telling me they were on the way. They were unable to fix my issue the 1st trip so they came back a few days later. they also broke my ladder to my attic and claims its my word against theirs even though I have picture proof. Not on time. Receptionist is rude and unprofessional. They only care about taking your money

I've been very happy with the service I've received from All About Comfort. Their technicians are professional and prompt. They've also gone above and beyond to make sure my unit was fixed the right way, and not just patched back together.

I just had my blower motor changed out and noticed my ac or heather wasnt working. So I called them through my warranty the first visit they fixed the air but the heater doesn't work so they came back out even though I can clearly see my ac is clean.i only know this because because I was checking on the wiring pushed it very little and everything works. They wont come fix there problem saying I need to pay them 600 to clean it. I'm worried about the wiring now and no one to call.

assigned my warranty company and from the beginning i feel they have scammed me out of money. The tech wrote up an entirely different report thatn what he told me and also made it seem as if i was lying about my heat system . they were not willing to work with me at all and sent in a bill of $1150 to my warranty saying it is for modifications and i had to pay out of pocket. I just bought the house and of course $1150 is steep and they would not work with me for payment and offered to finance me which it actually stupid. Why charge $69 for a finance fee and loan the money when it will require payments? But wont let the customer set up and pay payments.

Dennis and Angel did a wonderful job installing an air conditioner and furnace for me in record time. Both were professional and friendly. Sandy kept me well informed of time expectations and all were met. Thanks again. Linda Andreasen

Stay away from this company! They are dishonest, unresponsive, and very difficult to work with. We had to call another company to come fix the problems they appear to have intentionally caused. We signed up and paid for their spring AC cleaning/tune-up, however they never came in the spring as promised. It wasn't until we called multiple times that they finally came...in July. We wish they never came! The day after they left, our air conditioner stopped working. We called to ask them to come back and see why it wasn't working. They said they would have to charge an $85 dollar service charge just to check. We called another company to come check. The other company told us that the Freon was empty. They also said that the cap had been intentionally loosened two full turns. They said that some companies do it to try to make people think they have a bad AC unit, so they can make money selling a new one. We spent several days suffering in the heat as a result.

I had guest staying in my home when the A/C unit went out. I gave All About Comfort a call and they had me a new unit up and running in hours. They are professional, efficient, and timely. I can now say I have a DEPENDABLE go to A/C Heat and Air Company. They live up to their name by going above and beyound for your comfort.

Absolutely, love this company they came and did my spring tune up, and I enjoy the service that they give I have had a maintenance program with them for 2 years I wouldn't want anyone else to service my units but All About Comfort. I recommend people to have them service your unit will not be disappointed!

I scheduled a service appointment, moved my meetings and took off from work, and they no call/no showed. No one answered the business line during business hours nor did anyone return my voicemail asking for an update on when they would arrive. Do not use. Now I’m stuck finding a new company and another day that I can afford to take off of work.
