AC Service Plus

Karl and his team have been great to work with. Our old AC system was on its last legs, maybe beyond! We've had problems for 3 or 4 years now. We used another company, at first, who charged way more than we had anticipated, to add freon. Then, we learned about Karl at AC Service Plus. We had him put in a new system at a rental property we were selling. We got several estimates, including the other company that we had used previously. Karl's price was much better! He got the job done in a timely fashion and the system was working well when we sold the house. And the new owner got a 10-year warranty!

We also had him look at our system to get an idea of what it was going to cost us. He confirmed that our system would need to be replaced in the near future and gave us a ballpark figure so we could begin planning. Last summer, the fan motor conked out. We still weren't ready for the new system, but Karl gave us some options. Ultimately, we had him replace the fan motor and we made it until this summer, but we knew we probably couldn't get through the whole summer without replacing the system. It was becoming obvious that the old system wasn't going to keep up with the summer heat and we finally had the money set aside. Karl and his crew replaced it on Friday. We had to turn the thermostat up because it was getting too cold! We're getting it adjusted to our comfort level and it stays on the temp it's set at! Oh, and the price was $1000 less than were were quoted by the other company a few years ago!

Karl is the best!! He is so professional, friendly and knowledgeable! I would give him a 10 out 10!!!!! The ladies at the office were also amazing! Would definitely recommend!

I have used with a number of HVAC companies and these guys are by far the best! They are very professional and genuinely care about there customers! They even made time for me on a Saturday evening and now my 30 year old system is running like new! I would highly recommend Karl and his crew to anyone and everyone! Great guys and a great company!

Our home warranty company went AC Service Plus to fix our A/C unit that had quit cooling. The technician, Adam, did a great job and immediately determined what the problem was. While at our home, I had him inspect our other unit and he found the compressor fan was not working. He fixed that as well. I would definitely recommend them.

We’ve had issues with our ac system this summer on our house that we just bought in February. Carl is usually the one that comes out. The man has done phenomenal job at diagnosing the problems. He’s been very professional every time and even with our young children sometimes wanting to assist. I truly don’t think you’ll find a better ac technician or company in the Noble, Purcell, Norman area.

Came to service a AC for home warranty.
Guess what? Tech said needs maintenance.
Guess what? No coverage.
Only issue tech said was a little dirty!!
But he turned in a needing maintenance.
Did not even ck freon pressure.
then charged me 25$ to replace 12 inches of insulation on freon line.

My Wife and I bought our Home in May 2018. The home needed to have it's HVAC system upgraded per VA Guidelines. We were introduced to Karl and his team and immediately felt comfortable. They show the utmost compassion and care for my family and I, and communicate effectively.

Here we are almost 3 years later. It is below freezing temps in Oklahoma this week with wind chills -5 to -20 degrees. 2 days ago we got home from being out of town and it was 66° in our home. I called Karl and explained to him the situation, he walked me through some basics over the phone that helped me get our heater working so my family didn't freeze overnight. Unfortunately the next afternoon the problem returned, so I called Karl back up per his request and he made a same day trip out to check on the furnace. He made some minor adjustments and got our furnace running strong. It has been working since yesterday afternoon and we are beyond grateful. If you are looking for the BEST Heating and Air Specialist, look no further!

P.S. Karl also specializes in Inspections. That brings me to another blessing. While he was in our Attic checking our furnace out, he noticed that some areas of our PEX tubing that carries our water, was not insulated. With the temps going so low, he said I should get some insulation around them before it becomes a massive problem with my water lines bursting. He guided me in the right direction. I went to the Home Depot to get the supplies needed and got my water lines insulated before it was too late. We will never even think about using anyone else for our HVAC or Inspection needs.

I had a problem with my a/c after another company had worked on it 5 weeks before. From the first call to the office to the tech Carl who did a wonderful job getting me back up and running. He explained everything to me as he worked to fix the problem. I appreciate this company so much for a job well day. AC Service Plus repairmen are thorough and kind (customer service is too). I have used a few different AC companies in the past and AC Service Plus is by far the best. I appreciate them being honest, informative and letting me know what the issues are...and why. It is quite clear that they pride themselves on a job well done.

To say they are so much better than everyone else is to not even begin to do justice to how superior this AC company is. As a real estate agent I come across all kinds of shoddy workmanship, poor communication, and just general lack of attention to detail from HVAC contractors. I just used AC Service Plus on a transaction for the first time, and I will never use any other company again. Beyond the knowledge and expertise I have seen from the owner (whom I personally know and find to be one of the most trustworthy men on the planet), the technician I was assigned called me on the drive to the site to confirm my work order (and was actually on time, I might add), performed the work in an excellent manner, called me afterwards before he left to explain everything he had completed and make sure it was to my satisfaction, and then sent me a thorough invoice that described the work performed and why it was necessary along with photos documenting the before and after of the situation. I was completely floored.

Compared to the half-hearted explanations over the phone and chicken scratch on invoices I usually get, AC Service Plus sets a completely new bar for communication and customer service. I could not recommend them any higher.
