AC Service Plus

These are awesome people I have used several other AC people in the past down these people to my sister they are very honest people they worked on my unit that is about five years old the guy that put it in one to charge me more and I called that guy out three times a year my unit still late and it still had the same problems When I informed him that my unit was in having the same problems he want to charge me more and come back out... But I got a hold of this AC service that my sister used they were awesome they were cheaper you couldn’t ask for better people if you need your AC unit worked on give them a call. You won’t go wrong I highly recommend this company

We tried to use them twice as our home warranty sent them well long and short of the story the person at my home today was unprofessional and I am sure he did NOT know his visit was recorded. shame I forgot to tell them

These are the greatest people! Excellent at their wide variety of services; friendly, caring...I can't say enough. This is a family (plus) business and Sunshine, Carl and Adam are absolutely the best. I wholeheartedly endorse them, and they are the only company I will call for their services!

Incompetent and unreliable work. First technician said I needed a new unit. He called it in and another man was sent the next day. He said it was an electrical issue and to call an electrician. So I did. Electrician comes and went up in attic and said this is why it isn’t working and plugged it in 🤦🏻‍♂️ . Don’t use this company. Just looking for easy way to make money or avoid a problem or actually work in general.

They were late arriving and didn't call, then after they looked at the unit, said it would take 2-3 weeks to replace a fan because it was Warranty Service from a home warranty company. I was told the warranty company had to order the part, the warranty company said AC Service Plus should get the part! go figure. I was told by AC Service Plus they called me, but I received no such call and there was no message left. what kind of company doesn't leave a message? And what kind argues with you about them calling when you tell them you didn't get the call? Not like I can control their fingers doing the dialing. nothing got done! Took my money, but didnt' complete the work.

They went out of their way to be helpful in every way possible. I felt confident in their assistance and knowledge. I have worked with horrible companies in the past and AC Service Plus was extremely refreshing to deal with. I also trust their honestly. Thanks!

AC Service plus was fantastic. They were kind, fast, to the point and extremely affordable. They got the job done quickly and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone in need of some AC repair!

Courteous, professional, knowledgeable. I've called Karl and his team more than once and they always show up on time and get the job done with a minimum of fuss. I wouldn't call anyone else!

After 25 days of no AC & a repairman coming twice we called AC Service Plus!! Best ever!!
