    Great experience! My technician, Karl, diagnosed the system and was very quickly able to figure out my compressor went out. He gave me complete details of what to expect, since I was going through the home warranty company. He covered all out of pocket possibilities with me before he even left, so I was not surprised by any out of pocket expenses that weren’t discussed and agreed upon before the install took place. He came back and Installed the new unit and was very quick and efficient. I am recommending AC Service Plus to everyone I know. Thanks AC Service Plus, for making this such a positive experience.

    Tremendous service!!! I will never use another company! We have had them out to our home on server occasions that all turned out leaving us in better condition.
    We first started working with Karl when we had a American home Shield claim on our AC unit. American home Shield did not want to cover the unit and the ripped duck work that was on our 35-year-old unit. Karl went above and beyond to fight with them and advocate for us to make sure that they covered the unit and covered his labor as well as getting us a new unit that would last us several years.
    They scheduled us quickly to get us a new unit and get it installed so that we do not have to suffer several days and weeks while the American home Shield waited to figure out how they would pay them. They did a great job of installing working quickly, and communicating each step of the installation. They were very clean and tidy and made sure that we were happy with every step of the installation, as well as the product.
    Karl came back out to you and help make sure our new unit was serviced and ready for the hot summer ahead of us. He even was available over the phone when we had a little questions and was able to answer any of our concerns even though we may have overreacted about some small concerns lol, he was there to ease our mind and make sure that we had all of our questions answered.
    We highly recommend Karl and his company and even have had friends use him that were just as satisfied as we were. They are a top notch company!!!!

    We had the best experience with this group and will definitely use them again! They were punctual, knowledgeable, informative and most of all respectful. They explained in detail at the first visit what they were doing and why. Educated us on the proper way to fix the issue and ways to properly maintain our units. When they came to do the repairs, he introduced everyone and got to work. They were clean and quiet and so respectful to myself, by husband, our 3 kids and even our dog. We are so grateful for this company! Thanks again!

    AC gave out during 100degree day and the great guys at AC Service Plus put me on the schedule the same day. They worked in a timely manner, figured out the problem, had a new part ordered and installed in no time. They were really respectful too, which made them that much better. Had I not recently moved out of the state they would be the first company I call next time I need repair!

    This company was called out as a contractor for a home warranty service call. I put in my service request the issue and while the system was not completely broken that there were a few issues identified in my spring tune up service from another company. The lady in the office was friendly and booked the appointment for the next day I also explained the same thing as I out in the service request. Not once was it mentioned that the home warranty company won't cover anything if it is still working even if there are issues. The moment the tech arrived at my home he asked what the issue was and we explained and handed him our spring tune up invoice. He read it and said I can tell you right now that the home warranty company won't cover anything if it's still working even if there are issues. He was on my property a total of 12 minutes and looked at my HVAC unit for 4 minutes and of course said there was nothing wrong with my system. I feel like this company knew that the warranty company wouldn't pay anything out for repairs from the moment they received my service request and only came out to collect their $75 fee plus whatever the warranty paid them. Seems like if I would have been told from the original scheduling call that the warranty company wouldn't cover anything if it was still working I wouldn't be out $75. Also, I have read my fine print on my warranty and nowhere in the warranty does it state that they won't cover it if it hasn't completely stopped working it only states it's up to the home warranty company's discretion.

    Karl and the boys are awesome! When my aging AC broke for the third year in a row, Karl took the time to fully explain all of my options and I decided to replace the unit. The install was extremely quick and my new AC looks great and works perfectly. They really take pride in their work. I got the highest level of service for an exceptional price.

    They were assigned to fix my heater through my warranty company. Their technician came out and assessed the repairs and it was determined they needed to order parts. Prior to coming out to fix the repairs they called and stated they would only make the repairs if THEY also did the cleaning of the coils and blower fan. I informed them their price was extremely high and would have another company do the cleaning. They refused to do the repairs unless they did the cleaning. The warranty company told me it was my decision who I used for anything that wasn't covered by warranty, which the cleaning isn't covered. Basically they held the cleaning over us in order to do the repairs. Extremely unprofessional and the receptionist was rude. Would never recommend this company to anyone

    I highly recommend AC Service Plus. Karl and his team are very professional and respectful. When I originally called Karl, I wanted to have some very expensive equipment installed however Karl listened to my goals and what I wanted from my system and explained that I could actually achieve those goals with a more cost effective product that was still top quality. Karl was very timely in getting me quotes for two different systems and answered all my questions. Once I decided on the system I wanted Karl had me scheduled very quickly to get the installation done. I highly recommend AC Service Plus. I will use them to do all my yearly service.

    AC Service Plus had 4 different people working on our ac/furnace replacement. They we able to complete the entire task very quickly and efficiently. They took the time to discuss our current needs as well as our future heat load once the bonus room is complete. I highly recommend this company.

    My home warranty company provided us with AC Service Plus, LLC . A very long and hot week later we were scheduled for the tech to come out to see why our AC was not cooling. Levi came out and said that both our condenser coil ( required) and evaporator coils( optional) needed cleaning for approx. $800 and that our warranty company would not cover but he will send in his report for the things they will pay to have repaired. I receive notification from my warranty company that it was approved and it’s time to reschedule. BTW- My husband cleaned the recommended condenser coils ( it’s easy to do yourself) and saved $179…. I was also told that this is not allowed by warranty company and only a professional can do it.. Ummm…. This is absolutely not true and I verified Ofcourse !! We opted not to have the condenser coils cleaned until we had time to compare prices, which we did today and it’s like $200 cheaper almost everywhere else!! Anyways … Levi came out again but this time he said we are missing a lock cap (1 of 2 ) that is required by code and it would be $90!! Somehow we were told we needed two for $180🤷🏻‍♀️Maybe they are sold in sets of two?? Who knows!!
    This wasn’t something I had ever heard of from other service repairs/ maintenance companies over the last 15 yrs … nor was it discussed EVER the first time he came out. Long story short …we said no to the $90 each cap locks and because of that he would not do the necessary repairs unless we purchased the lock caps. Soooo here we are at square one again without AC now for 2 weeks and probably a few more days until we have another company come out. I will absolutely never recommend this company and they should be ashamed of themselves. I will say … Levi was professional and courteous and the offcie staff was too but seriously stop with the price gouging and trying to take advantage of people !!
    I felt like they just wanted to nickel and dime the warranty customers! Beware!! This seems to be a pattern with them … 😡😡😡
    I filled a complaint with my warranty company and asked them to remove this contractor from their preferred list.
