I've had Integrity out several times as a result of two aging systems. I've had bad experiences with the more household names (I recommend you avoid any of the providers who advertise with celebrity endorsements or dancing service techs). Integrity is always honest and never attempts to sell me a new system that I don't need. They fix the issues and charge a fair price for their parts and expertise.

We had our AC blower motor replaced during the summer. It cost over $500. 6 months later we called them again to come out as the furnace wasn't working right. The guy said the blower motor needed to be replaced again! They are supposed to last 10-20 years! We asked about warranty, they said it was 90 day so we were out of luck. All they could do was replace with the same part with the same warranty, no extended options or special order a OEM part. We asked for a quote, which was over $700 and still a 90 day warranty. We knew they cost no where near that and most have a 1 year manufacturer warranty. We called someone else for a second quote. They charged us $314 for the same part from the same supplier and $40 for labor. They also honor the 1 year warranty. We called Integrity about the warranty and they said they do a blanket 90 day because their system can't keep up. So basically they cheated us out of getting our part replacedfir free because it's an inconvenience to them. Be aware if you buy a part through them you lose any warranty from the manufacturer. Doesn't sound like a lot of Integrity going on there.....

As far as the reply. They called back and left a message. They looked at our account and couldn't do anything about the 90 day warranty, but since my husband said they lost our business, realized we were set up for their maintenance program and offered a bit of a concession and to work with us. That's not the same as replacing the part for free because they are honoring the 1 year manufacture warranty.

We just moved into our new place here in Piedmont and our fan blade came off our system. Tim came out found the problem and replaced it the next day(not a part they have in stock) He answered all our questions and got the job done! Thank you Tim V You we’re absolutely amazing.

Thank you Integrity Heat & Air for sending technicians Tim and Kyle for the "Spring" maintenance visit. They were timely, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciated them taking the time to patiently answer my questions!!

Had a capacitor go out on our heat pump. Integrity charges $99 service charge to come out. No problem with that. That capacitor however part ranges in price from $20-40 online. I was charged $192 dollars for that part. I asked to speak to the technicians manager. His manager John called me and explained that the markup covers labor, installation and a 3 month warranty on the part. If you do the math on that, that's a 768% markup if the part costs them $25. I expressed that I really didn't think over 500% markup was a fair price. I asked him to come down on that price. I even told him I would pay them $100 as the tech did about an hour and a half of work. Much of the time he was here, we were waiting on the management to call us back. John said he would call his owner as he could not make the call to give us a discount. He finally called back and told me the owner stood firm on his price. At first we told the tech to take the capacitor off and we would pay for everything else he did. He got very agitated with to the point where any question we asked was met with a stern response. Shame on us and lesson learned. Hopefully this will help the next consumers to check the prices on these things. There is NO WAY his labor, markup, and insurance costs on a part that costs you and I 25 bucks is 170 dollars or 768%. Hopefully, you'll call someone else...we should have!

As far as the response below, having a flat rate is one thing, but having a FAIR flare rate is another. You can’t expect people to believe that $170 on top of a $20 part includes labor, mark up, and a 90 day warranty. That’s simply gouging. $99 bucks just to drive to the customer plus 192 for an hour job is not fair pricing. And I might have felt safer about telling the tech not to put in the capacitor had he not already done it. I initially told him to take it off and his response was “Well, If you wire this wrong you’ll blow the whole thing up!” In an angry, condescending way. I did not want that dude sabotaging we and coating me more money so we left it in and paid the price only to be able to tell the story. Folks, do your homework on the price of the parts. I didn’t and I regret it.

This company is amazing!!! Nothing short of kind, caring and professional. My air went out and I called another company out, I was told the dreaded news "you need a new system". I didn't dispute the findings, but the estimate I was given was alot of money... I was put into contact with Gary through a friend and he was great to work with and explained what was best for our house and why. I was given a quote that was so much easier to swallow, and not to mention they have several different finance options that would work with anybody's monthly budget. I spoke to Beth in the office a couple of time and she was very sweet and informative about the different payment options. On the day of my installation Nathan and Cody came out and arrived on time and started to work immediately. They were very professional and explained the new system to me. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!! They have my business going forward.

Our heater stopped working yesterday evening and we were certain it would need to be replaced - as it is very old. When I spoke to Integrity Heat and Air this morning they sent someone out very quickly. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue in no time and for a great price. I originally told them I thought the unit needed to be replaced, so they could have attempted to only sell me a new one - but they were honest and helped us repair our unit quickly abs for a low price. We also got a quote for a replacement because we know we will need it soon and their price is very reasonable compared to other companies. I definitely recommend them and will use them when we replace our unit.

I have had the privilege of knowing Gary for many years and I have to say, he is faith, family, and community minded. If you are looking for a company that takes pride in the products they sell and will stand behind you long after the sale with trustworthy service. I would encourage you to give them a shot. You won't be disappointed.

This is an updated review. Our heater wasn’t working properly on our new build for almost a year. When we had Integrity come out and look at it, they informed us that the condensation drain pipe was freezing and that our only solution was to point a space heater at it up in the attic so that it wouldn’t freeze. They ensured us this would only be an issue when it was very cold outside, however, our heater really wasn’t working well in general. We couldn’t get the house to heat above 70 degrees without the fire place helping out. A little less than a year later when the temperature got in the teens again and our house wouldn’t heat above 57 degrees, we did not want to use the space heater again as it is not a safe or practical practice. The warranty department through our builder sent out a different company to take a look at the heater (we did not intentionally avoid Integrity) and they informed us that the piping was completely installed incorrectly, and there was a part that was shoved beneath the heater and never installed. The heater works great now that they fixed it.

We appreciated that the owner called us directly to apologize for the mistakes. The company has been friendly and prompt every time we’ve called them. We plan to still use them in the future.
