They recently replaced my 20 year old heat and air units. Can't say enough nice things about this group. Family owned and operated, very knowledgeable, dependable, and trustworthy. Their work ethics is outstanding, excellent communication, and did I mention honest as the day is long, you won't be overcharged or sold something you don't need. I highly recommend this company. We used Branch’s for a full unit changeout - and we are very pleased with the work. They went above and beyond to make sure our system was as efficient as possible. They did repairs to our duct work and we are really please with the new unit. They are very knowledgeable and also very nice people. Highly recommended!!!

Branch Heat & Air installed a new AC and Furnace at my house recently. They are fantastic to work with and have very competitive prices compared to other quotes given. I had another company try to oversell me and force my hand... so I called Branch Heat & Air. You can tell they are genuine and truly look to meet the customers needs. I cannot recommend them enough.

I hate calling repair services, because so many can be sketchy, I always try to self-diagnose, but I know my limits. Had to call on one of their busiest days ever, prepared to wait until tomorrow, and surprisingly got less than 2 hour response! Quick fix, no double talk, low price for service call, and even some helpful tips for the self-diagnosis side of me in the future! My go to crew for any HVAC issues in the future!

Absolutely unprofessional! I was heading up to work in Edmond on Monday (11/9) and one of their trucks was driving between the two lanes on I-35 heading to Edmond as well. They continued to ride the line for a few minutes before finally switching to the right lane with no blinker. I started to speed up to get past them and they switched lanes with no blinker and cut me off. I then switched lanes, sped around them and watched them switch lanes. They then started to ride the shoulder and stayed halfway in the shoulder for awhile. I called the company to inform them of their employees driving, telling them that I could see him playing on his phone the whole time. He said he couldn't do anything about it and hung up on me. Fast forward 1 week (11/16) and my wife is heading home from Edmond and runs into a different Branch's vehicle who almost ran her off the road by throwing their blinker on and now checking before they switched lanes. Terrible drivers and boss does now even care. Will NEVER use them.

They were so busey when I called to tell them I needed help. My apartment had gotten up to 86 degrees in the middle of a heat wave.They said they would get to me as quickly as they could. And they did! Same night. Even waited for me to get someone there to let them in since I had to go to work. Seriously super awesome! Place cooled down in a matter of minutes! Thank you thank you!

So I called them on Aug 20th first thing in the morning, they didn't make it out until about 4:00 that afternoon, he came out changed a part on there he said was bad, he then said it was low on refrigerant and began to fill it up. I mentioned to him the air was not cold he said it would take a minute I paid him almost 400.00$ I gave him the benefit of the doubt, come 9:00 pm that same night it was still 96° in my house so I called then and left a message. I called back first thing in the morning and his daughter told me that she didn't get that message but he might have but he had to go the city for part and he would TRY to make it out today. So I waited, come 6:00 pm he shows up and tells me that the refrigerant he put in was not the correct refrigerant for my unit and that he would have to come back tomorrow and clean it out and refill it. Why did he put the wrong refrigerant in it, I've lived here for years and he's been working for this buisness longer than I can remember, so he knew he put the wrong refrigerant in there. I have my almost 90 year old grandpa here and his body can't handle this kind of heat. I will NEVER call Branch's again. I paid him to come and do a job and it's taking him 3 days to do it. With it being 100° outside for the past week. Thanks a lot Branch's.
