Jeremy Dye was awesome!! He came out and looked over our unit the same day I called it in. He was very professional, courteous, efficient, and kind towards my son and dogs. I would highly recommend him again!

Alicia the secretary was very kind and patient with all of the questions & concerns I had. Jovanny the tech was very nice and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently.
But then we started to stress a little about the cost because our warranty had expired in April of this year and would cost $400.00 to do the repair. Gary the manager there was super nice and worked out a deal with me that if I drove all the way to Southside Okc to get the part that they would do the job for $150.00! With having three kids, that saved us ALOT of money! He had also called Durham Supply to let them know that I was on my way and to have the part ready on hand! I am incredibly grateful and pleased with the customer service and honesty! They saved us a lot of money as well as time! So thank you again Integrity Heat & Air!

I highly recommend this company, we have used Mark at Integrity over 8 years now, and made a good friend, He has worked hard to keep our old unit going. Exellant service and he goes out of his way to keep our unit running in an emergency. I am very thankful! Furthermore, if we have an emergency again, we will call Integrity!

Had them come and put a new furnace in for me. It was quick service, and they were in and out in no time. Their prices were as competitive as I'd found too, though the fact that they showed up and kept their schedule was even more important to me. I'd used another big name, big TV advertising HVAC company, but they were not interested in working for the consumer's interest, so I dumped my 15 year contract with them and went with Integrity, because people in my neighborhood association said they were great. I have not regretted it. If you are looking for somebody in HVAC to trust, look no further. Use these guys.

Jeremy came out to see why my split unit wasn't performing. He gave me a couple of options. Suggested we start with the least expensive. I was thankful for that. It worked! They have my business for life. I was informed of his arrival and he was very professional .

We are extremely pleased with the prompt and professional service provided by Integrity and the service technician. Our problem was described thoroughly and the repair made quickly. Would highly recommend and will definitely use this service again. So refreshing to have work done well and at a reasonable price.

We've been using Integrity heat and air llc for many years starting with Gary Doolittle. However, something has changed toward the negative. How is July 3 after hours? I'm glad they give their employees this day off, but the after hour charge should be paid by Integrity not by consumers.

Jeremy Dye is OUR (and I mean MY personal Tech. Rep) service technician at Integrity. He is top notch, A-One, the very best. I love doing business with Integrity and Jeremy because they always do what they say they will do, at a fair price and at the time they say they are going to be there. It is my belief that "Customer Service" is job 1 at Integrity.

Jovanny came out and had my air conditioner fixed within an hour of making the call. It was after hours on a Sunday too! Very impressed with the timeliness and will definitely be using them again for any future problems. Highly recommend them!

Integrity Heat and Air installed my heat-pump system 3 years ago. They also perform the preventive maintenance on the system. I couldn't be more pleased with both the services performed and with the technician that performs the services. Excellent service, professionalism, friendliness, and always willing to share when I ask dumb questions. LOL
