Blessed ! … to have found Thomas Mechanical Services. My home needed service to check my heater.
as it had not been serviced in over a year. I can testify to this — they did not hurry ! Former company never ran a vacuum
or stayed very long.
There was a small issue that could have turned into a larger problem from the furnace area not being cleaned and examined.

We had a power surge get our compressor and I contracted Brian at 8 in the morning and by 11 Michael was out at the house and looking at the unit. He was able to find a compressor and gave me a quote within a few hours of finding the issue answered all my questions about replacing versus repairing and was out at 7:30 the next morning to repair the unit took about 2 hours from start to finish. Since then have had some issues with the unit and both times I have contact Michael he was out within 24 hours usually the same day to look at the issue and we determined that it was an issue with the electrical side and not the A/C unit. Michael was supper responsive and professional. Prices were very fair and reasonable and would recommend using this group to anyone and I will certainly be using them in the future.

When Brian came to fix my air conditioner, he was prompt, courteous and very professional. He left everything clean and tested the system thoroughly before he left. I highly recommend Thomas Mechanical!

Fantastic service. Came out right away to give me a second opinion after another company told me I need basically a full replacement of my HVAC unit. Brian came out, checked things over, offered some suggestions, and tuned things up to make sure I'm good to go from now on. Saved me many, many thousands of dollars. Highly, highly recommended.

Brian did a great job for me. Have some really nice tenants who came home to find the AC not working outside of business hours. Needed something at least planned out that same evening. Called who I had used in the past and didn't get a call back, but Brian answered. As it happens, I didn't hear back from my usual guy until after Brian already fixed the AC early the next morning. Don't know how typical that is but I really appreciated getting something scheduled to show i was taking action. Nice guy and excellent service, would definitely recommend.

Brian came out in a timely matter to assess our problem with our AC and was upfront with pricing and what needed to be done to fix our air conditioning. He was able to work with our schedule and did everything so efficiently! Highly recommended.

Called for service at 7PM after the AC stopped working. Technician was out at 7AM the next morning. He was friendly, polite, and went straight to the problem. Within the hour he had diagnosed the issue, replaced the parts from his stocked truck, and even courtesy checked our second unit while he was out. Less than $300 later we have a cold house and good-as-new AC. So appreciative for the non-hassle, accurate diagnosis, up-front pricing. Nothing but professional with Thomas Mechanical!

Brian put in a new unit in this week, only after making sure that our old air conditioning unit was not able to be fixed. He is the only heat & air company I will use or recommend. He is fair and totally trustworthy.

Had our AC unit not working properly. Called and they came out right away to find out what the problem was. They found the issue right away and were able to repair it once they got the part. I was truly impressed with the service and the quay of the work. They charged a reasonable price for the repair work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing their services !!
