A couple of weeks ago we woke up with the house extremely hot. My husband and I were pretty concerned and not really sure what to do.

We have custody of our granddaughters, one who has cerebral palsy, pvl and seizures, our adult son also has cerebral palsy and is blind. To top it off I've been fighting for remission for 9 long years.

I had a appointment to receive my infusion treatment and my husband was desperately trying to find someone within our budget to fix it before I was released from the hospital later that day.

My husband set a appointment up for later in the evening and took me to Mercy to check me in for my treatment. He received a phone call from Ross about a hour later letting him know that he had a cancelation and would be able to head over.

My husband thanked Ross and told him that he was currently at Mercy with me while I got my treatment and would immediately head home. What happened next is absolutely AMAZING đź‘Ź!!

My husband let Ross know that our adult daughters were at home and he would be there quickly. He told Ross to go ahead and let himself into the backyard and he would meet him there.

My husband was pulling into our neighborhood when Ross called him. Ross asked my husband how long I had been on treatment and my husband told him 9 long years.

Ross then told my husband that he had a message for me. To f*uck cancer and this fix was on him! Neither one of us could believe it.

Ross I'm not sure if you understand what you did for my family that day. We weren't sure exactly what we were going to do. Things have been so crazy and so tight and when the coronavirus happened my husband lost a great deal of income.

It's been so hard but Ross your kindness changed our outlook that day. You gave us hope and showed us so much kindness. You showed us how much good there is in the world.

We are complete strangers and your kindness will never ever ever ever be forgotten. I was with my Oncology nurse when my husband told me about your amazing kindness ❤. The nurse and I both looked at each other in shock and we told everyone about your kindness.

It'll never be forgotten. I'm so sorry it's taken me so long to write this review. We've been really really busy but that's no excuse. I would recommend you to everyone I know and I'll definitely only be using you and your company.

June 2021 I could not figure out how to add an additional review so here goes.
I had an emergency service at 8 o’clock at night with no AC and it was hot outside needless to say in the house also. I called and the owner answered and said he was down the street and he would stop by on the way back from a big job he was on. He opened the door to the system and said here’s your problem this is why you’re not getting power to your thermostat. Five minutes later it was fixed and I had cool Air. I asked how much I/O and he said since he was down the street anyway that not to worry about it especially since I am on the maintenance program where they came out two times a year as part of the service package.

Could not believe it was the most awesome service ever with him again. This was not our 1st time service for AC. Our AC was like 25 years old. He came late at midnight to fix my AC. Gave me a discount as well. I will highly recommend him for AC service.

I had a heat and air system installed recently and they were on time and professional. After the system was installed they checked the system for leaks to make sure there were no issues. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone.
