Aire Serv of Greater Oklahoma City

Aire Serv did an excellent job for us in finding and installing the perfect hvac system for our home. Everyone we dealt with at the company did areally great job, from Matthew for the initial service, Jake who helped us find the right replacement unit; and Austin, Brycen and Tim who did the actual installation. The whole experience was top knotch. I called at 6 pm on Friday, and spoke to their Customer Service. She said she would send to dispatch. 30 minutes later I got a call and Matthew said he could look at it right away. Since we needed a new unit, he handed off to Jake who called, and I spoke with him on Monday. Monday night I agreed to move forward with an Amana S series unit, and it was scheduled for Wednesday. The installation crew arrived around 9:30 am, after picking up the units from the warehouse. It took them all day, but they did a lot, including new copper tunes and some new ducting. We love the new units and smart thermostat. Thank you Aire Serve!!

We had noticed our heat pump for our pool was completely frozen on the exterior and had an error message that it was low on Freon. Our pool installer recommended Clint with Aire Serv to come out and take a look at it. Clint came out the next day and completely checked over the heater to make sure everything was working properly and that there was not a Freon leak. He even talked with the manufacturer to be sure all was in working order. In about an hour, he had completed the service and gave us a recap of all that he had done. He was confident that it would be working fine but told us to call if we experienced any problems. And the charge for the service was very reasonable. Clint knows his stuff! He was very prompt, professional, and experienced. We will not hesitate to call Aire Serv again should the need arise. Thanks Aire Serve! 😊

We have an old AC unit and were worried we would need a whole new system as ours was not keeping the temperature down in this 90-100 degree heat. (Other companies seem to jump at the chance to sell a new system.) Isaac from AireServ was really great. He explained everything he was finding and he figured out that our problem was an air flow issue. He cleaned the evaporator coil, the condenser coil (?; not sure that’s what it’s called. The outside unit) and the blower fan, and he changed the filters. Our system is now working really well. We avoided the costs of a new system and also of adding more coolant. A very pleasant surprise and I feel like we saved a lot of money. I highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with this company today. Our thermostat went out and they had someone here within a few hours of my call! Tanisha was wonderful and fully explained everything to me and had all the parts and skills to replace the thermostat. It was great talking with her, too.

Clint and Danielle We’re great. They were actually early to the appointment and communicated the issue in terms I could understand and had it fixed within two hours.

Our AC stopped working and we were serviced by Clint and Danielle. They were prompt and fixed our unit in a timely fashion and we're happy with their service.

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Isaac from Aire Serv. Issac came out and fixed a gas valve issue on our furnace late on a Sunday. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He had the issue diagnosed within a few minutes and verified that the part should be under warranty. He had our heat back on very quickly.

I think this company used to be good before being bought out. I purchased a new HVAC system (greater than $15k) and the air conditioner promptly had a defect and stopped cooling within the first 6 months of operation. Reception folks acted extremely inconvenienced by my calling and reluctant to schedule the repair. Multiple times I ended up apologizing for needing them to resolve the issue. I knowingly paid the premium to go with the great service I read about in reviews. Not at all what is happening. Wouldn’t recommend.

Our older outdoor heat pump stopped working and was only running on em heat. Called them late in the afternoon but they made it out the very next morning. Clint was our service tech and let me say he was the best service technician I have ever met. Very knowledgeable and explained the exact issue. Had to go get a part but it was replaced within the hour and it was back to working perfectly. Even spent some time discussing future plans with my HVAC system and what all is involved with that. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend Air Serv to others.

I have been using them for regular maintenance for a few years and they are always knowledgeable, on time and fair priced. Today I got a new system installed by Austin and Bryce, and they were amazing. Got it installed in half a day and were able to answer all my questions.
