Aire Serv of Greater Oklahoma City

I chose Aire Serv to move my furnace & coil from an indoor closet to the attic, and to install a new ceiling-based duct system since my metal floor ducting in the slab had rotted through in several places. The install team did a great job - Jake, Zach, Isaac, Austin & Jared were always respectful, tidy and responsive. Clint stopped by multiple times to keep an eye on the project and help where needed. Everyone was always happy to answer my questions thoroughly. There turned out to be an issue with the electrical supply which resulted in a huge pop, scorches and sparks, but Clint was able to get the problem figured out, the wiring fixed and a new plate put on. Austin was happy to explain and show me where everything was in the attic, what had been done, where things were, and explained how to change the new filter unit. I highly recommend Aire Serv!

Unfortunately my AC unit just have out. Matt tried to replace several parts to get the unit back up and running and was successful, but low pressure in the lines might but have been a problem for long term feasible. Purchasing new HVAC system with improved efficiency over very old system, and during the short wait for install was able to borrow loaner portable AC unit setup. Price is NOT the lowest of surrounding competitors, but the service is quick and friendly, and still feel like they try to repair before suggesting up sales. This was the second time they tried to repair this unit with the last time being successful 6 years ago.

Update: Had full HVAC system installed today (7-21-22) and the crew of Austin, Brycen, and Zac did an efficient, quick install. New system is doing a great job. Loaned AC portable was great, but so much nicer to have my full AC back and be prepared for winter as well. Thanks again!

This company knows what they are doing! From the salesman Andrew that came out to the install team(Clint, Jake, Jake, and Issac). The salesman came to my home and was not pushy. He told me all of my options for repair or replace. Of course i had a 12 y/o system that made sense to replace instead of repair the coils at $2000. All that said. Everyone who came to my house was very respectful towards my family and my home. I could have left my wife and kids home and felt safe. I cant say enough good about this company. The guarantees they offer and the staff made my decision easy to go with them. I will be using them for any maintenance performed on my system. Not just because they installed it but because they give fair prices and they are respectful towards home and family. Thank you again Aire Serv.

We decided to use Aire Serv because of their customer service. They spent time finding out what we wanted in our system then gave us several choices. The installation was done by 3 WONDERFUL, efficient technicians. Jake, Jake and Isaac are to be commended for their professionalism. We would highly recommend this company.

Jake and Isaac were very professional during the installation of our new furnace. Had an issue with one of the wires getting a short and Isaac came back to find and fix the issue, even after he was officially home for the day. They were very respectful and quite knowledgeable. I would call Aireserv again if needed. All of the people I talked to on the phone were great to in setting up the appointments as well.

My AC had been making some weird sounds and seemed to be having trouble staying on. I called and they were able to have someone out the next day. Unlike other companies I’ve dealt with they didn’t try and sell me a whole new system to fix a minor problem. Austin was very informative and accommodating. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Donny from Aire Serv performed excellent service on our two A/C units. When the upstairs unit didn't perform as anticipated, they came back and fixed the issue for free. The technician Donny was polite and professional, wore shoe covers inside, and was very patient to explain the issue at hand. Both times, the company sent a photo and detailed description of the assigned technician in advance, and the technician arrived within their stated time window. And on top of everything, the company charges a very reasonable fee. Now I understand why the company enjoys such a good rating among their customers, because they do take good care of them!

My AC stopped blowing cold air. I called Aire Serv and they sent a technician within a couple of hours. Isaac called and told me he was on his way. Upon arrival he diagnosed my issue. He then presented me with various options and their pricing. After giving him the go ahead he proceeded to fix the issue. He didn't pressure me or try to up sell me on additional services. My AC is now blowing cold air again. Big props to Isaac for his professionalism and knowledge.

We’ve used several HVAC companies over 20 years of home ownership and after finding Aire Serv a few years ago we won’t be using another company again. Our first experience was Clint coming to do some repairs on our central system and he suggested a mini split for our bedroom. We got the mini split and Clint and team did a great install. Clint 100% knows his stuff, is super friendly, will answer any question you have, and pet your dogs. We had T come for a maintenance check and she was great. Then we had a repair needed and Donnie came out and he was great. I’m convinced Aire Serv makes it a top priority to have an entire team of top talent - both knowledge and ability to have positive experiences with customers.

Clint did a great job fixing our AC and helping us maintain our system. He was so helpful and asked for him by name to come help again when we had another issue. Great work!
