    Tee was great. She did the regular service and replaced some weathered insulation no charge. Friendly and professional, always quality people.

    Matt was fantastic. He explained that I had a component that was going bad and should be replaced now to avoid causing a more expensive repair. I appreciate him being so thorough. Always pleased with Aire Serv.

    I had 4 quotes and Aire Serve gave me the best price and straight talk. I had a tough job to replace and retrofit and very old system. I've been in or around construction for and contracting for over 30 years. I had to ask the owner, "Tell me your secret?" I've never experienced such consistent professionalism, courtesy, hard work and quality throughout a crew. Communication was prompt, proactive and customer focused. It was a very hot and long day, a hard job and yet every one of the crew was happy to be there working hard to get the job done well to the end. Many thanks and great job!     I checks with several other companies and made the right decision to have Aire Serv install a new heat and air system. First their quote was very competitive to start unlike their competition. Andrew had the expertise to recommend the best system at a good price. Then he did everything he promised on a timely basis.     I went on google and they have a 5 star rating with over 280 reviews. I own a small business and always try to shop small and local. Nothing is more important now with covid-19 than to shop your local businesses. I am so glad I called them. I have some rentals and needed somebody to help me with a rental ASAP. I called at 9:00 and they could have someone come between 10-12 that day. Clint Gilliland was my technician and he did a fantastic job. Clean, fast and friendly. My renter was there to meet him and when he was done he called me and went over everything in detail. I was also able to pay over the phone when he was completed. I will use them for everything in the future and will tell everyone I know how great they are! Love that they give you some background on the tech before they came out. Great company! Price was very, very good!

    Aireserv was great! We used them to replace our old AC based on their customer service and excellent warranty. When they installed they didn't disappoint! Jake L, Isaac L, and Colbey C, and Clint came early and never stopped until they finished which took about 9 hours. They were honest, friendly, and left our house as clean as they found it.     I am very disappointed in the customer service I received this time. I have used Air Serv since 2014 & service has been much better than this. I waited 2 days for a service call from the date I phoned to schedule (understandable during the hot summer). The technician arrived on Saturday as scheduled but could not repair my AC as ‘only maintenance parts on the truck & the warehouse closes at noon’. It was 1210. My initial call was for the AC not blowing air. I was told the part would be available Monday & someone would call me Monday AM to let me know what time they would be out…on Monday. I had to call myself Monday to check on my appointment & wait for a call back, only to be told they could not get to me until Wednesday. Almost 1 week after I called initially. Communication & timelines need improvement. I was told ‘we’ve been inundated with calls from people without AC’. Yes, I am one of them & am being put back in the queue every step of the process. Be respectful of your customer’s time and situation.

    I called on a Thursday afternoon because my heater stopped working. Donnie was able to come out that evening and quickly diagnosed the issue. Sadly, the repair amount was not worth fixing my old heater. Andrew came out the next day and gave me a quote as well as plenty of information on a new system. He got me an appointment for Monday to reduce the amount of time I spent without heat. Clint, Isaac, and Jake arrived on time and well prepared. They went above and beyond installing the new system, improving the existing components, and leaving my house exactly as it was when they arrived. I highly recommend this company.

    Aireserv installed a Daikin zoned quad minisplit (4 air handlers) system in our attic addition this week. As you can imagine, this is a more complicated and challenging job which requires higher level training, experience and precision. Our experience with the entire process was refreshingly excellent. Andrew visited us first, inspected the space in detail, patiently listened to all that we had to say and answered many questions. He showed knowledge and genuine care. In a few days, he delivered an estimate and was available for several rounds of additional questions and clarifications. Within a week after we opted in, Aireserv sent Clint, a lead installer to carefully inspect the space. He also listened and he actually worked with us over a 45-minute discussion to co-design(!) the system according to what we needed. I can't recall many contractors or service providers in the past who approached their job with this level of intelligence, care, and by involving the customer at every step. I have never heard any other installer say what Clint said after his inspection: "I will probably install this system in my head like 30 times this week before we install it for real to find the best options." He must have done that, because the work they did was great. In general, communication with this company is superb and it reflects the use of 21st century technology (great website, automated and interactive text reminders/alerts for all visits, agents and techs available via cell or online, etc). Clint worked with Isaac and Jake for 2 days, practically non-stop (8 am to 6 pm on the first day and 8 am to about 1 pm the second day). They were always available to consult at each step of the way, show us what they were doing and why, discuss adjustments to the install plan due to emerging challenges and so on. They then cleaned up after themselves(!) which many contractors don't even bother to think about and walked us through the new system and its features, things to look out for, etc. I can highly recommend this company for your future heating and air conditioning needs. Yes, they may not give you the lowest estimate you can find, but if you need high quality service for your heating/cooling equipment that lasts (with potential long-term savings due to quality parts used and durability) and a good experience, this is the way.

    We had a new unit placed and sometimes the best laid plans just don't work out. We needed them to come and modify some of the duct work that was disconnected on installation. Isaac and Jake came out on a Monday evening at 5pm and ended up staying until almost 8pm! They were courteous, professional, respectful and cleaned up wonderfully when they were done. Not sure if it's all working yet, but I have absolute confidence this company will be sure we are 100% satisfied!!
