Our heat went out when it was 6 degrees out. We called and they were out within an hour! John Ross was super helpful, was a very honest and decent man. Gave us a great price when larger companies would’ve tried to profit on our issue. Will be using him for all our hvac needs!

Ross was very helpful to understand the problems we were having and explaining everything in detail. Rates are reasonable and his work was quick and thorough.

Update: Ross came back for another visit (unrelated to first issue) and was amazing to work with. Highly recommend!

Update 2: They came back another time for yet another unrelated issue. Ross was very creative and resourceful. I can honestly say I've never been treated with more respect by a professional in my home.

Update 3: a year later some other issue cropped up and Jacob resolved my concerns professionally and quickly. I, quite seriously, cannot stress how amazing these guys are. In a world of service technicians who are late, no-show, overcharge, under-explain charges, do things half-way, etc, Frontline stands above them all. They respond to inquiries, show up on time, fully explain the problem, fully explain their solution and do not overcharge you. Well done Frontline!

My AC went out today, and Jacob was able to show up within less than an hour, and he fixed our issue in less than 30 minutes. Extremely good customer service, very nice and honest, and fair pricing. This was our first time needing service in this house, and I’ll definitely be using them for good now. Highly recommend!

Quite possibly the nicest and most transparent technician out there. Won’t charge you unnecessary fees and will bend over backwards to help save you as much money as he can. He spent an hour on the phone with me doing some troubleshooting just so I wouldn’t have to pay for him to come out on a service call. I’d recommend Ross above any of the big guys around here hands down. Don’t think twice about whether or not you should call Frontline, just do it. You won’t be disappointed.

On this hot day, September 21, 2022, with an inside home temperature of 82 even after having maintenance repair & work completed yesterday, Frontline Comfort was called to look at someone else's maintenance & repair. So Grateful for Ross who assessed the situation and in a very short time, fixed the problem! His attitude was the most uplifting and encouraging! May His business be continually blessed beyond measure, in the name of Jesus the Christ.

Ross and I have something in common. We both troubleshoot technology. I've found Ross to be very fair about certain situations that didn't quite fix the problem due to poor design of a system that's not his direct fault. He also was very generous in refilling our coolant even though it leaked badly until he could receive our new unit and install.

Ross and Jake were very knowledgeable and willingly explained what was wrong how they fixed. Was very glad to meet them and know I was fairly treated. So refreshing! Thank you guys!!! I recommend highly!

I’m not going to go anywhere else for my AC work. The guys were nice, focused, and professional. They tried to save me money at every turn, and taught me how to do almost everything they did myself. I’m deeply satisfied with this company, and would recommend them to anyone.

I'm going to add that my experience with them has continued to be phenomenal. When my air conditioner started making a shrieking sound a couple of weeks after their visit, Ross came out at night and checked on it. He provided a temporary solution, but the compressor was irreparably damaged. His solution got me through until we could get a new unit in, which he installed quickly, excellently, and affordably.

They have earned a loyal customer, and I would refer anyone to Ross and his crew.
