ASAP Heating & Air (OKC Metro)

I will never use this contractor. I'm always looking for good HVAC contractors, but less than 5 minutes on the road behind their company vehicle during a time of day and traffic conditions that warrant no urgency is plenty enough to show me the charcter of this contractor. Utterly reckless driving for no apparent reason is a great way to potentially kill people. I would never want this type of uncontrolled unprofessionalism on my property.

ASAP helped me in one of our past ice storms. They went above and beyond to help our family. I recommend them whenever I hear of anyone in need of their services.

Austin has repaired my unit twice, and both times he did a very efficient job and made sure we were well taken care of! The prices are extremely reasonable and I just can't reccomend this company enough!

I haven't used this business, yet, but one of their employees started a pay it forward train at a restaurant today. While that doesn't have anything to do with their quality of work, it has everything to do with the quality of people they hire. I run a commercial property management company and I know that I will be calling them the next time we have a heating or air issue.

Got here and their employees parked in the street in front of a fire hydrant so if that's the way they do business I want no part of it and I left without ever going in the building. I'll find more thoughtful people to trade with
