Brian was very professional while also being both communicative and personable. I feel like he did an amazing job explaining to both myself and my wife what he was doing and why. This review includes what Custom has provided this home for more than 20 years. The heating and air conditioning units have been replaced and I pay for the yearly maintenance check for the heating and air. When I deal with the office they have always been professional and friendly. Those they send to do the maintenance checks and repairs are friendly and professional and do their job without complaints. When there has been a problem, Custom has been who I have called. Friendship is not a factor, just quality work and work ethic.

We have had very good service from Custom. We have been using them for 24 years. Alan was excellent. He was on time, found our air conditioner problem quickly and performed the required repairs. I highly recommend Custom.

Jeromy showed up on time and was very polite. He was able to make a quick, accurate diagnosis and had my unit running again in 10-15 minutes and the final bill was fair. I will admit we used another HVAC company to save money on a new system after being with Custom for 20+ yrs and we got what we paid for. After the new install we had a lot of damage to walls and doors which the other company did not want to fix. 5 yrs later they told us we needed a new furnace without doing a diagnosis. It turned out to be a faulty safety switch (rollout). Lesson learned, we are back with Custom HVAC.

Mark arrived promptly after my initial call. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us. The cost was very reasonable too! We would highly recommend this company!

First experience with Custom Services. Totally satisfied with service and cost, and your technician, Michael, was wonderful. Polite, professional and knowledgeable. I hope he is, and certainly should be, a very valued employee. Wish there were more young people like him!

Andy B. Is the best. Very professional and polite. He goes out of his way to please the home owner. He fixed a ventilation issue that should have been done during the installation our new AC and furnace. I will always request Andy B as my service tech.

Jeremy is a Professional!!! Jeremy came to perform the Spring A/C maintenance; and to add surge protectors that I had requested. I told him about my addic ladder not shutting properly after the original installation and I finally found out the installers left the spring off one side. Jeremy fixed that as well while he was here. He is a great person to talk with and he'll explain what he's doing when asked; he does not leave you wondering & there's no "I'll have to get back with you on this or that." I feel he does a through job on the maintenance and I know my Air Conditioner will run properly with out me worrying. Thank You Jeremy!!!

Greatly appreciated the fact that Jeremy took the time to figure out what was causing the AC condensation to build up and run outside of the drain pan into the garage. He noticed that large chunks of debris had fallen onto the A-Coil and was causing the condensation from draining properly which forced the water to go outside of the unit. Once the debris was removed, the concrete started drying out and the water began draining thru the drain pipe like it was supposed to.

This company over charges for service. $521.00 to flip two breakers, check pressure, and then say. We need an a-coil. Cost for that would be $4500.00. Called a different service to get second opinion no charge to to do the same thing he did gave them same opinion need a-coil cost to replace $3050.00.
