Custom Services Tulsa Heating Air and Plumbing

My technician was Omar, who was very professional, answered all my questions completely and with understandable detail. This young man went above and beyond. I asked if it would be a problem with the unit sitting a little canted (nothing drastic). Omar used rubber shims not only to level the unit but to eliminate any vibration AT NO CHARGE & without me asking. The invoice is very explanatory in format but also Omar's description of what was done was very detailed and professional. Couldn't ask for anything more from the company or from the technician. This is the value of service that we enjoyed 20-30 years ago! Yes, I'm old. But I'm also very happy to have used Custom Services. Highly recommended!

This was my first experience with Custom Services. I had heard many good things about them, and they lived up to their reputation. Very quick and efficient appointment setup, dispatch, diagnosis and repair. The gentleman that did the work, Chris, was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I will definitely continue to use them.

Jeremy Livingston serviced my yearly contract on my air conditioner. He did a thorough job letting me know how my unit was doing. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. He gave me a contact to help me repair my attic door which was very appreciated. I would recommend Jeremy as well as Custom Heating and Air for great service.

Andy is very particular with details and checking everything. He makes sure everything he needs to do is done correctly. Andy does a great job.

I had been with this company for 15 + years maintaining my heating and air. And have spent a significant amount of money with them. Recently I used their plumbing services and very, very much disappointed. They came out on a Tuesday to unclog a sewer clean out pipe. Unfortunately the following Saturday my drain started backing up again. Right away I called and explained that I needed them to come back because they did not resolve the issue completely. Keep in mind they offer emergency services. They told me they couldn't come back until the following Monday and on top of that wanted to charge me because it may require using a camera. I asked to speak to a Manager they refused to have one call me back until Monday. So to end my frustration I called Williams Plumbing and paid them after wasting my money with Custom. I'm NOT going to spend another dime with Custom after my Heating and Air contract is over.
Update to my review. A manager called me after left my 1 star and my comments. He paid a visit to my home to personally apologize for the poor customer service I received and reimbursed me for the cost of the service they performed. I very much appreciated the service recovery and I will continue to use their heating and air services. Also I will update my rating to a 4.

I’ve been with Custom for more than 25 years. I use their yearly service plan and love it. They have always been professional and helpful. Very attentive when I’ve had emergencies. I’m very pleased with my decision to be client of Custom. A company with Old fashion values is a blessing.

Had an ongoing issue with our furnace. We were very frustrated and ready to get rid of our system that is 5 years old. Many repairman could not find the issue. Called Custom Service and so glad we did. Leo Thacker came out and kept checking and researching. He really put a lot of time into this. We were amazed they resolved the issue. Custom Services was very honest and has been amazing. Highly recommend.

The 50's vintage home was in need of a complete HVAC system overhaul. Multiple proposals were reviewed and we selected Custom. We found all of the people with whom we dealt at Custom, to be exceptional - from Chris, the System Design Consultant, to the Installation Technicians, Tim, Edwin and David. All of these individuals were clearly very professional, and a pleasure to work with, - leaving us with a high quality product expertly installed. A "five star" rating for sure !

FAST FORWARD to Summer of '22. We've used Custom ever since we moved to Broken Arrow two years ago. They've provided four heat and air system "health checks" during that period. Each tech was totally outstanding and thorough - not uncommon for them to be on site for 1 to
1-1/2 hours. I can't say enough how satisfied I am with Custom - my five star rating stands firm.

Jeremy was the best tech we have ever had in the many years we have been with CS. Not only knows what he is talking about but conveys in a way it can be understood. Please have him come to our home each time. thank you.
