My circumstance was not an easy task and they have managed to completely remove, reroute and install a new heat and air unit in a very short time! Much appreciated during a hot Oklahoma summer! Custom Services personnel have always been very friendly, professional in all ways and helpful. They respond quickly to any problem I might have. They just completed installation of a new A/C and Furnace and the technicians worked diligently for 2 days in the heat and humidity...never complaining.....and R.J. consistently kept me updated on what they were doing. Debbie (in the office) is an absolute joy to talk with....she is so friendly and explains everything to me. It is so reassuring to know that if I have a problem they will respond quickly and professionally. I have been their customer since 2006 and have always been completely satisfied with their service. Oh my goodness! Night and day difference between Custom Air and a company I used in the past! Omar, my service professional, was polite, professional at all times, and explained every aspect of the service before I even had a chance to ask. He went above and beyond to attch my air freshener to the new filter when i asked. He was knowledgeable and offered information that will help me keep my unit running smoothly for a long time. For instance, did you know that closing off vents in rooms you don't use during the summer months is actually bad for a unit and is less cost effective than leaving them open? He was willing to close them back up for me if I wanted them to be shut, but with this new knowledge, why would I? There was no sales pitch, no pressure, no hassle. Thank you, Omar and Custom Air! Problem solved!

Custom plumbers took care of our gas line leak when ONG turn off our gas from changing out old meter to a new meter. Discover gas leak after that. Didn't have any gas in our home for twelve days. Custom plumber Preston took great care of us. Stay on top of the job with ONG workers. Very thankful for all there support and fixing the issues we had getting our gas back on. Thankful for ONG workers for doing there part too.

Brian from Custom just finished mid year scheduled HVAC maintenance at our house. He practically had to wade through mud to get to an outside condenser unit but he was not deterred and performed a major cleaning in spite of the muck and he was cheerful and professional throughout! He checked and tested the whole system completely and even brought new air filters. Couldn’t ask for a better guy! We have used Custom for years and have always received great service.
