Missed my call, but returned my message in less than 30 minutes. I was told a service tech would come by in the late afternoon, he was on his way by 11:30. Tuned up my AC and had me going in less than half an hour. Very knowledgeable technician. Polite. Easy process. Easy to deal with. Will be using for all of my HVAC repairs and services.

Sneed Heat & AC did a great job of getting us taken care of. We were without ac in our bedroom and office area. From first phone call to new unit replacement was right at 7 days counting the weekend. I feel that was great service due to the fact that trying to get anything these days is delayed for reason or the other. Not to mention the work load these guys are under with countless service calls due to the current weather conditions. Koda Jackson and Colton Graves were the techs who did the install and they did a fantastic job and were very professional. I definitely recommend Sneed Heat & AC to anyone.

They did a good job and was fast to come take care of us. They have been back several times on a timely manner and with a butcher shop that’s what we need. They understand our chillers and freezer is where the money is.

When we bought our home another company had installed our ac/heat unit. I have used sneed for 5 years now and do their maintenance program. They have been right here every time I have needed them, the men they have doing the maintenance/repairs etc are nothing but friendly and professional. I will use no one but Sneed for my unit!

Called and was able to get a tech (Chris) out within half an hour. He got right to work and got us fixed up quickly to have AC again, and took the time to explain what was going on and gave tips to keep everything running smoothly in the future. Didn't try to upsell or charge extra for anything, felt very trustworthy. Great service and price, can't recommend Sneed enough!
