I have a 20 year old system that cools and heats my home that broke on me. Yes, I understand that this system needs replaced; however, knowing options is where Westerville Air conditioning and Heating came in. I called a "Big" company first. They came out looked at my system and said it needed replaced. They didn't tell me what was wrong or anything. Westerville technician (Scott) came out and specifically told me that the capacitor was bad. He took the time to hook up a spare capacitor (free of charge) to diagnose further issues if any when it was up. Come to find out my compressor was bad as well. Scott, was up front and stated we can fix all this fairly cheap; however, with the age of system I might want to think about replacing the entire system. He didn't care what I chose to do. There was no push to buy a new system at all. I at least knew my options. In the end, i decided to buy a complete new system which we took care of in less than 10 minutes with financing. They came out the very next to install. I normally don't leave reviews, but Scott was so awesome with assisting me I felt that this company and Scott deserve a "that a boy" I can't give Scott enough praise for his professionalism and down to earth attitude. I would have a beer with this guy outside of his job . Him being straight forward and honest was huge for me. Sorry for the lengthy post.....

This was a plumbing repair to install a new shower valve to solve a water flow problem. The technician noticed the water wasn't fully turned on with the existing valve so he adjusted it and the existing valve let the water flow normally. No need for a new valve. I really respected and appreciated his honesty which saved me a lot of money.

The sales rep Hunter was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, patient with questions, and worked with us to get a great HVAC discount with 0% financing. He even answered our questions and concerns after hours. Over all it was a good experience working with this company.

Amazing. Clayton was so polite and helpful, he probably knew he had his hands full when he asked if my furnace was gas and I told him I had no idea what part was even the furnace! Then he turned our ac on for the tune up and a noise started instantly. Unexpected! He found the problem, talked me through all my options and explained everything I'm terms I could understand. Customer for life! I so appreciate how much time he spent (and so unexpectedly) making sure we were good to go. He even noted he's never had any troubles before this was his first, he was great!!

These guys did the impossible!! I had an EXTREMELY outdated furnace, hot water tank, and AC unit in a very tight small space.. they got it done without removing walls etc.. They showed up on time, finished in one day, not ONE PENNY more than they quoted me. Excellent customer service. Definitely 5 stars 🌟

Excellent service! The compressor fan outside stopped working. I initially googled what the cause could be and most of hits suggested a bad capacitor. I made an appointment and they diagnosed that exact thing quickly. Got it replaced and then he ran a few cooling checks with everything looking good. He was very friendly, polite and answered all my questions. My unit is around 17 years old so eventually I’ll need a replacement. I highly recommend them.
