Mike show up to my house to help me with my ac issues .he is very professional ,knowledgeable he made me aware of how old my ac system is and recomended to make plans to replace it without being pushy . He repaired the system in no time and charge a reasonable price . I will definitely recommend this company . No wonder they have alots of good reviews.

Our AC stopped working on the hottest stretch of days this summer, and with temps forecasted in the mid 90s the whole next week we were in a bit of panic. We called multiple other companies to find someone to come repair our unit and everyone else were booked out multiple days except for Westerville air conditioning. They arrived hours after I called and our technician Pooya was amazing! He figured out the problem and had it fixed and our AC working great within 30 mins! He also had some great tips to help keep our unit working better. I'd highly recommend these guys!

Nice experienced and knowledgeable diagnostic service guy. Install was timely and clean. Was pleasantly surprised they credited back the diagnostic fee charge when installed. Also have decent cash price discount.

Came when they were expected. Polite and respectful of the property. Very efficient at diagnosing the problem and addressing it. Went above and beyond to clean the unit as well as change the filter in the furnace for me. Very knowledgeable with the HVAC system we have. Five Star heating and cooling came and replaced my collector box on my furnace because mine was cracked and leaking water it was expensive to replace but cheaper than getting a new furnace they did a great job and I would recommend them they're very professional and know what they're doing
