Had a new ac unit installed after they came out to diagnose the problem. after 4 years of companies coming out and giving us the run round they told us it needed replaced. I do not know anything about home ac systems so after 3 other companies couldn't fix the issue I trusted them with this diagnosis. I was happy to do business with them. My wife was the one at home when they were there. She said they were very courteous and professional. I am happy with the service I received and I feel like the price was fair for what we got.

New to area, and had AC trouble, so needed an AC technician. This company has an average of five stars out of five from dozens of clients, so I called and was pleased with the professionalism of Bea, the woman who answered my call. She was able to send technicians within twenty four hours of my call. The next morning Jacob called to state they were arriving at 8, and they did. They were respectful, polite, gracious about wearing their masks around us, and seemed to know their subject. As one who has been on the giving end of customer service for years, I do not ask for groveling or obsequiousness. Just treat others the way you wish to be treated. These folks did just that. We were so impressed we signed up for their ongoing maintenance plan. Five stars from these happy new customers!

He diagnosed the problem in minutes. Had the necessary part in his van. Was in and out in half hour. Took time to educate me on proper maintenance. Very good service. Highly recommend.

My call was answered quickly and a service call set up. I called at 6 pm and a tech would be here between 8-9 but made here at 7:30pm. My issue turned out to only be the pilot light but on a 50 yr old furnace not that easy to relight. Aaron taught me how to do it if it happens again. Appreciate being empowered to help myself. With age of my furnace, he kindly took the time to write up a complete estimate for a new furnace that will soon be needed. He provided his cell number and also said if the pilot light goes out again i can call him and he will walk me through relighting. Great experience all around. Definitely recommend!

I called on Thursday and they came out on Friday. I had them check the AC refrigerant level since an energy auditor indicated it might be low. They did find it was low and added some refrigerant. I likely have a small leak since this happened several years ago, but he indicated we should monitor it for now and do a leak search if it gets worse. He answered my questions and gave me reasonable guidance for the situation as it is now.

I'm hoping this is the first of 2 reviews. My family has been looking for a company to do a furnace and AC replacement for 2 years and this is the first that I felt is worthy of our business. The rep that came out was on time and very professional. He respected the covid-19 regulations and was masked up the entire time he was onsite. He was honest about costs and the possible time-frames for the work that needs to be done. He provided options for the entire system and made note of the cost difference for each. Of we like the final estimate I will be posting an update.

I reached out to this business to re charge my unit and I had been researching about a new Furnace & A/C units. Someone was out within a day or so, got my A/C running and also gave me information from financing, and options that would work for me. I have them Installing units tomorrow. They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable and I have been extremely happy with them. Jacob has been an absolute rock star and extremely helpful tbrough this entire process. I will be a life long customer. I highly recommend Westerville Air Conditioning!

Company was easy to get in touch with and answered my questions promptly. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The install crew reran the AC lines in a clean manner that looked nice with my finished basement ceiling.

Adam came out on a Tue night for a repair. The repair cost was to high for this old unit. We talked and decided to replace rather than repair. He worked with the night management for installation of the new unit for the next day, The team that came out (6) of them, and completed the install by 5PM and we had heat and a new AC unit too.
