Asked for them to give me a quote, showed up over an hour late and said the estimate would take 1-2 business days. I've called repeatedly and tried contacting them and have finally given up after 2 weeks of waiting with no response. Coming from the trade business myself, this is very unprofessional. Even if you're busy you should still be able to notify the customer and give them an good explanation.

I called KC services just the other week to have them take a look at my plumbing. The gentleman that arrived was prompt, friendly, and knew what he was talking about. Arrived within 30 minutes of my call and this has been a major week for thunderstorms! I wasn't sure what I needed, had flooding in the basement and the sewer was backed up. Luckily, I only needed the line snaked. Nice, honest, and reasonable. I will for sure use them again.
