Nick Hensley was fantastic, professional and explained all aspects for replacing my heat pump. He reviewed all parts of the quote and explained how to make the unit more efficient and enhance the service life.

We have a "happy home" agreement with wilson heating. When our furnace failed, they promptly sent a technician. I was not impressed by the diligencs of the technician. He put far more effort trying to sell us new products than he expended on diagnistics. He presented four vague quotes before discussing options to us. The only detail in the quotes dealt with legal warranty issues. Pretty disapointing, when one must consider a $12,000 purchase.

Seth was here to explore problems , lay tentative plans for toilet repair and unblock tub drainage - he took and will share photos with you. I am handicapped and tho’ I have a fully functioning second bathroom , the bath in question is necessarily proxy mate to my living/sleeping space. He explained what was needed and how how it was to be accomplished.

A job well done but the price of clearing a drain was way to high. 278.00 We will research this further if we have this problem in the future
