The receiving department was a little slow at start due to Monday morning but who can blame them but overall great service. The parking lot is pretty small they have all their air conditioning products on the lot,so there's not much maneuverability if you have to dock in doors 5 thru 8. Unloading time was just a little over an hour restrooms are available,overnight parking is very slim if you can get here early.

Like the company ... hate the will-call person... He is very rude for his job being in customer service... He might dealing with bigger "issues" in life...

Be prepared to do some real backing around equipment or appliances staged right in the center of parking lot. Its a petite place. Sharing 2 other driveways so expect traffic to cut in front of you all around you as you are backing in front the street because that's how small and congested it is, otherwise the people will direct you to check-in and all that with no problem. You should not need detention pay here..omgosh if you do lol.

Get this place organized so trucks can get in their docks. Very nice but the lot is a mess.

Bought a blower motor for my furnace 3 years ago. It went out called them up to see if they had another one. Now they won't sell to me because I'm not an hvac contractor. Only place I know that has what I need in stock locally and I can't get it. I am an electrician and have the knowledge to fix and repair my own equipment but can't get the parts. I'm shocked you don't want to sell me a $300 blower motor. Guy says to me the only way he will sell me anything is if I bring up receipt showing purchased from 3 years ago. In my opion to lazy to look it up. Never asked for part number or more info to try and look up sales receipt. Was recommended to this place because of part availability for carrier furnaces. Completely disappointed.

Outstand company they treat customers with a great deal of respect and very knowledgeable staff.

I love me a good refrigeration store. Especially wholesale ones! Because it keeps out the riff-raff. Definitely no kids here. And not much to get you sticky. (If so, that's on you.)
But they didn't have the filter I needed for my fridge at home. I suppose because they're commercial sales and I don't have a commercial fridge. They did have free coffee and popcorn, so there's that. And considering I was there to pick up parts for a job, well, I guess I shouldn't complain.
