They couldn't have been nicer or more honest. I got two quotes from other companies that recommend a replacement. The first thing Seth told me was you don't need a replacement. They repaired our existing unit which was fairly new. It was very affordable. I truly appreciate their honesty and will absolutely use them again in the future. They were amazing to work with. Literally, from quote to having the work completed to billing, they were amazing. Stop looking, you found the right company. Thank you guys!

Too bad you can only give 5 stars on Google reviews! Every employee I had contact with, from Caitlin to Gabe, and Cody, was a completely enjoyable experience. Caitlin always responded quickly and professionally. Gabe and Cody were the crew sent out to install. They were friendly and explained everything and were efficient in their work. The place looked great after they finished. I honestly couldn't have asked for better service! I waited through the entire 90 degree weather we had because too many people told me this was the company to use. So I waited as I got scheduled for service and I'm glad I did. I can't speak to the equipment yet as it was one of the coldest days of the summer when the unit was installed, naturally, but if the equipment is anything like the employees at Elliot's, I foresee no problems! Due your due diligence when it comes to hiring a contractor, but in my opinion, just call and get on the schedule with this outfit. I don't think you'll be disappointed and you'll find that it was money well spent. There price was in line with the rest out there. In fact, it was a tad less for a larger AC unit. Professional company on all levels and I highly, highly recommend them.

I had a bad experience with two other heating and cooling companies in the Newark ohio area. I consider myself extremely lucky to have found Elliott Heating and Cooling .They were completely honest and completely professional. I can't say enough good things about them. If you live in the Newark Ohio area you must choose Elliott Heating and Cooling .I will guarantee you they will be 100% honest with you and have the best techs available in the state.

This is the best company! Everyone that works there is so friendly and knowledgeable. They have such reasonable prices and they don't take advantage of you. I highly recommend Elliot Heating & Cooling. They did the work on my wife's she-shed HVAC and did an excellent job. They did my job by the hour and did fantastic work. They showed up on-time and did the work in the time-frame they said they would. They were thorough and neat. They didn't care that I already bought equipment and installed most of it. They do sell Mitsubishi mini-splits which I think are the best in the industry but didn't care that I had bought a Cooper Hunter unit. I have a Mitsubishi unit on my barn and it continues to work great. They will do jobs by the hour or will provide complete job costs too. They did not rush the testing of the system and made sure I did not have any leaks in the flare connections. They did a complete evacuation draw down leak test and it passed with no problems. They cleaned up afterwards and even took the trash boxes and stuff that I had from the packaging of the system. I was completely satisfied with their work. The system they installed works great.

We have a unique HVAC system for this area and we were having a really hard time finding someone who could service it. We called Elliott Heating and Cooling and they sent an incredibly knowledgeable tech who was able to explain what he was doing and was confident in the maintenance that needed to be done to make it much more efficient for us! Elliott will be our go-to HVAC company from here on out! If your home is heated by heating oil, stop looking around and call them!

Two days before I was leaving on a trip, my heat went out. Called the next morning at 8:00 am, they came before I left for work, they shut my water off and my water heater so they wouldn't be ruined came while I was on my trip, replaced the motor on my furnace turned everything back on and I came home to a nice warm house with hot water. I am very grateful to Shay and Seth and Caitlin. I can't say enough good about this company. You won't be disappointed!

This family-run company is amazing! They are professional, responsive and stand by their word and work! I couldn’t recommend them higher. The owner even called my home warranty which was above and beyond!
