The technician showed up on time, was extremely personable and even made conversation with my 2yr old who seemed fascinated with the work he was doing. Couldn’t be happier with the job and cost of the work was very reasonable.

'Peace of Mind!' We all want it in our lives. When it comes to buying products and service these days, one has to search far and wide to find a good reputable Heating and Cooling service. We purchased our home knowing we would need some upgrades throughout. When it was time for our Central Air, I have dealt with a few incompetent companies already.

As we searched for a trustworthy HVAC company , one name kept coming up... ELLIOTT Heating & Cooling. We were weary and tired of searching. So, we decided that we had to spend more to get more. So we called L****x and guess who they recommended... ELLIOTT Heating & Cooling, Newark, OH.... Hunh?

So....we called, ELLIOTT Heating & Cooling and found a very professionally run company. ELLIOTT Heating & Cooling service has gone above and beyond when it comes to over all care, product recommendations, product warranty, one time installation and guarantees of such.

ELLIOTT Heating & Cooling installed our Central Air Unit and while doing so, they offered tips and recommendations on how to keep your AC running in tip-top condition and how to prolong the Units life. I trust them when they say, 'We don't want to come back. We like to do it right the first time'. Really? Well that was new? I was impressed. I felt my 'Piece of Mind' growing.

ELLIOTT Heating & Cooling even went the extra mile to repair the damage done by another HVAC company at no extra charge. We were losing coolant somewhere but, where? ELLIOTT Heating & Cooling decided put a huge load of pressure on the system and they found it after an arduous search. Needless to say, they found it... inside my furnace!

Apparently, the previous HVAC installers had put a micro puncture in a section of copper tubing inside our 'NEW' furnace and it was not easy to find. Boy, was I ticked! But, in the end ELLIOTT Heating & Cooling saved the day and a lot of future expenses for my family and I. ELLIOTT Heating & Cooling is a family business Central Ohio you can truly trust. I know I do!

Saying that 'DOES NOT' come without merit. They have answered all my questions distinctly, precisely and their work is the best, bar none! I called ELLIOTT Heating & Cooling just yesterday afternoon about something I may have accidentally damaged putting on my A/C cover. ELLIOTT Heating & Cooling was at my house the next morning, located the minor issue in a few seconds. WOW...my 'Peace of Mind' about our Central Air Unit has been solidified. I am glad to leave a review for the ELLIOTT Heating & Cooling company.

I give them a 5* very honest business person don’t try and sell u something u don’t need set up digital instrument to read out error codes better than Dormor that just comes in sails u need a new furnace replace a part that cost me over 750.00 all said and done my advice is to call Elliot first same urself some money after we talk they could of put in in a lot cheaper, so thanks for my coworkers that hook me up and they are very nice and show up and let u know everything that’s going on and the price not put the part in and say [ do u know how much we can take it out if u don’t have it ] I thought really mid of cold weather no heat and after the work is done that’s Dormor.like I said call Elliot
