Dor Mar Heating & Air Conditioning

Was made promises that they didn't honor. After many calls.I steal have not resolved the issue
Very poor service. Not happy at with this company. Please ask a lot of questions!!!

I'm truly amazed with my experience with Ron and this company. My a/c went out on some of the hottest days to date. I have two small children. And Ron seemed genuinely concerned about their welfare and getting us up and running. He explained what the part did and why I needed it in a way that I could understand. Got us fixed at an affordable price. Which is rare in today's money grab. Ron's the man. Thanks again.

Our family has been using Dor Mar for years. Since buying this house, they have put in a new furnace, new central air conditioner, and maintain our hard wired Kohler generator. Just this month, they replaced all of the duct work under our house. It was a rough job but the result is we have had to turn down our air because we are freezing to death! We love it. Brandon and Ben did a great job!
We have watched a few technicians come and go and have liked them all. We miss the ones that retired and are so glad to see our favorite, Willie, come back! He really knows his stuff!
Although they get busy (because they are the best), they are worth the wait if you are willing to work with their demanding schedules. They usually get us fit in within days for a non emergency and super quick for emergency. The office staff do a fantastic job helping out with that and are always friendly! Thanks Dor Mar for being such a great company. We have used you for 14 years and will continue to do so as long as we live in this area. (The Kissling family)

Our furnace went out on a Friday evening after normal business hours. We placed a service call and the service person was very responsive and understanding. She dispatched a service technician who arrived punctually, was very knowledgeable and provided the necessary service getting our furnace working again. All this happened on the coldest night of the year. The service issue was a part that he did not have on the truck but he was able to make the repair using an alternative method which was safe and worked for the entire weekend until a new furnace could be installed. I am very pleased with the quality of their service, personal and fair pricing. I highly recommend this company.

The company just completed the installation of our new furnace, again a very professional crew and job. They even swept out my garage to be sure nothing was left behind!

The men who came to install our new hot water heater were AMAZING. However, I am giving them 1 star because the technician Steven that came to fix our A/C that day was awful. He was very rude, extremely unhelpful, and tried to trick my mother into signing a document that said she was happy with his service when he knew she wasn't. We tried contacting Dor Mar about the situation we have written them and left voicemails and they have ignored us and wont call us back! I am so extremely disappointed and unhappy about this situation! If I could give this 0 stars I would! They definitely lied. They are far from our climate hero!!!!

UPDATE: Leana who responded below was VERY Helpful and receptive to our feedback. She was the first person who actually listened to our conerns and addressed each of them. Im not sure why we weren't put in contact with her to begin with but I am very grateful for her help, attention, and assistance!!!

Calob was very polite and professional. Very knowledgeable with his work. Answered all of our questions. Very good asset to your company. Highly recommend him.

We had a Dor Mar associate complete our annual checkup on our water heater and he was very thorough on our system. We would recommend Dor Mar to anyone that would like a company that truly takes care of your system and wants to make sure you are satisfied every visit.

We have been Dor Mar customers for a long time and have always had good service. Most recent experience was very positive as Dor Mar replaced, at no charge, a damaged/defective part that was installed over a year ago. Gary was in and out in no time at all and did a very good job. Also positive shouts out to Willie and Stone who have always gone above and beyond.

From the initial phone call to the end of the service appt I was very impressed with the service! My heart stopped working and they were out at my house within 2 hours of my phone call. Ron was very professional and explained everything to me. Thankful for their quick and efficient work to have my house warm again on a cold day!

Dor-Mar has been great to work with. Greg was our sales person. He discussed our options on picking the best unit for the size of our home. Brad and James were the installers. They were professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job on the install. Brandon came out after the work was completed to do Quality Control. He answered any additional questions that we had since completion of the work. We highly recommend Dor-Mar for your heating and cooling needs!!
