My experience with Rob was wonderful!! He was right on time as promised. He explained what the problem was and what he was doing. He showed he his work when completed , not leaving me in the dark about the job. The work was done neatly as well as he cleaned up behind himself. I would use this service again, no hesitation! I would and recommended this company to all my family and friends.

I was so happy to know it was Michael that showed up as my tech. My home warranty company assigned this company to me and he worked on my a/c unit a couple of years ago and it was a very good experience. When I opened my door and saw Michael I knew things would turn out great for my furnace.

We were assigned to Fast Response Heating & Cooling by AHS home warranty. The technician who was assigned to look into our AC was prompt and diagnosed the issue quickly. Also, their customer service rep followed up after about 10 days to make sure everything was still working

Update in Apr 2022 - we had an HVAC circulating fan issue and AHS home warranty had once again sent over the request to Fast Response Heating & Cooling. Although I was getting a cold shoulder from Renee when trying to check on the status, I later got in touch with Rob and was referred to Courtney for scheduling the technician. Josh came out and once again did a fabulous job of swapping out the burnt out capacitor in no time.

Robert of Fast Response arrived in a timely manner from the time of the call that he was coming. He was very professional and friendly. He listened to my concerns and asked good questions to clarify what I was experiencing with my furnace. He then thoroughly investigate the situation and gave me clear details on what was wrong and how he fixed my furnace. I would highly recommend Fast Response for your heating repair needs.

Turns out the needed fix was not covered by Home Warranty but our service man did all of the maintenance checking to make sure nothing else was contributing to the problem. He then showed my husband how to make the fairly simple fix by replacing a broken bracket.

We appreciated his honesty, friendliness, and willingness to take time to educate. We are in the customer service business and know what good customer service looks like, and it was provided on this service call.

We were assigned this company through our home warranty company, American Home Shield. We requested the service for our AC on April 10th, and we are still fighting the battle of getting them to communicate on scheduling today, 17 days later. We took the day off of work to be here for the day they had scheduled us, then they didn’t show up and didn’t communicate that they weren’t coming. They told us they could only give us a 30 minute call ahead but it could be any time throughout the day. This is the second time we have had a poor experience with this company. Our warranty company switched us to another company and they responded and scheduled right away. So, long story short if you get assigned this company, call right away and ask to be assigned a different company.

What an absolutely wonderful experience. Kevin was willing to take calls out of order to accommodate my work schedule and then was such a gem to work with. He came in, efficiently fixed our problem, and went above and beyond when I brought up an additional issue. He was very professional and an excellent conversationalist.

Kevin did a great job checking out the unit and doing the preventative maintenance. I also spoke to the office and the young lady couldn’t have been any nicer when setting up the appointment. I would recommend and will use them again. Great level of service!

This is the worst company ever. After 12 days, 30 phone calls to them and our home warranty, 2 no show appointments, our AC is still broken and it's 95 degrees outside.

They finally showed up yesterday to repair the AC. They originally told us that it was just the thermostat that needed to be replaced, which made no sense given the "symptoms" we described. When we pushed further, he said that we probably just need more Freon but that probably wouldn't fix the problem and that we should pay him $9,900 to replace our external unit and our furnace.... our furnace is fully functioning so not sure why on earth we would need to replace the full thing and not just the evaporator but he was probably just banking on the young first time home buyers being dumb and clueless. Worse than that though was when we shared the written quote with a reputable HVAC company, they laughed at it and said it was over double what it should cost for the parts listed and for the size of our home.

The technician put us in an extremely uncomfortable position and told us we needed to decide between spending $600 to not even fix the problem or $9,900 because he was only working until 4 (it was 3:15), had two more calls 40 minutes away, and lived in Columbus. They can make us wait 2 weeks but they can't wait 5 minutes for a serious financial decision? Unacceptable. He literally left our house without doing anything and we had to yell after him to remind him that at a minimum he needed to replace the thermostat. But he didn't even have the necessary parts in his truck and told us to call back in a few days.

It's unacceptable that this company would try to blatantly rip off young home owners and they should be put out of business. Do everything possible to avoid working with them!!
