If anyone needs HVAC work, please, whatever you do, avoid Fast Response Heating & Cooling like the plague.
I would give this company zero stars if I could rate them(they’ve disabled ratings on their FB page, and if you check their ratings out on BBB you’d understand why). We have had a non-working HVAC since we started dealing with them in April, they were out within one business day to troubleshoot it, and it seemed promising. Since then, it’s been like pulling teeth to get them back out. A tech was scheduled to see us today, at 19:00 we’ve zero word from him after their office assured me he’d be out. I’ve placed 11 calls in 7 days to this company. LITERALLY every call is ended with them saying “we’ll call you back”, and never one time have they returned the call. They say they can’t get ahold of the tech, or can’t get ahold of the people in scheduling, etc etc etc, and then never follow up. They took 2 months to get our part in when they quoted us 5-7 business days, and then any time we’d call for more information, they would just say “It’s on it’s way! We’ll call the minute it’s in!” Had to follow up with our home warranty company who called to find out the part was actually back ordered and hadn’t even shipped. They even made an appointment for a tech to come out, I came home from work early, and then they called and said “oh, he doesn’t even actually have the part on hand! Sorry!” less than 20 minutes before he was supposed be here, and I was out hours of vacation time.
The day the part came in, they called and told us it had arrived and a tech could come out that day, we told them we were almost 2 hours from home and would be home at noon, she said that was fine. We then got a call within 15 minutes of hanging up with her from the tech saying he was almost to our house, and we told him we had just told someone we weren’t going to be home until noon and weren’t sure why that wasn’t relayed, he acted annoyed with us, said he likely wouldn’t be in the area at noon but to call when we got home. He then ignored our calls the rest of the day.
Our house has been sitting between 80-88 degrees for weeks on end. This has been the absolute least professional business I’ve ever dealt with and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to steer clear of them. I have an infant at home and have had to go stay with friends or family members a few nights in the last couple of months due to the extreme heat. Fast Response should be changed to Last Response.

Our furnace went out and Rob did a great job troubleshooting and getting everything back up and running. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The only reason I gave 4 stars not 5 is because when I called about the service with a question on the timeline, the person I spoke with was very unfriendly and unhelpful. 5 stars for the tech, 3 for customer service.

Fast Response provided the best service that we have received from any home repair contractor. Indeed, we were at the point of filing legal action against the first vendor that our home warranty company dispatched to our home to repair our AC unit, who failed to do after 3 weeks and actually damaged a second AC unit. After 3 weeks of failing to repair, our home warranty company dispatched Fast Response. Fast Response arrived almost immediately and "Chris" diagnosed the situation. Fast Response/Chris made the initial repairs to get through the Fourth of July weekend which was sweltering, and offered several key solutions. To our welcome surprise, Fast Response/"Rob" visited on the Sunday of Fourth of July weekend to begin prep work for installation of a new unit on Monday. On Monday, Fast Response arrived first thing in the morning and installed the new unit. Fast Response was the most professional and knowledgeable contractor that we have had at our home. They explained the situation in understandable terms and priced services and supplies quite reasonably. Fast Response arrived in uniform, with presentable vehicles, and had state of the art technology to get the job done right. Simply, Fast Response is best in class.

The technician, Kevin, was amazing! He was very responsive, personable, friendly, and punctual! We needed a part for our unit and he is doing everything he can to fix our unit in a timely matter. He is also a good listener as well, which is essentially to any great business!!

I was nervous based on bad reviews, but; was pleasantly suprised. They came on time checked my furnace, did a couple check & everything was fine. A previous company came out to clean & preform maintenance & cut off my gas to furnace deeming it unsafe telling me I needed new air conditioner & furnace. Fast response said yes furnace is old, but; not unsafe. Save your money and plan to replace it. The technician was kind and curteous and wished me good luck on my health issues I shared.

Rob was incredible. From the moment he set foot in our house, we were 100 percent confident he could fix the problem. He went right to work, quickly identified the issue and fixed our furnace within minutes. He was very thorough in explaining what had happened to cause the problem in the first place. He was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to and made sure that we had contact information in case we had another problem. We were very impressed.

I called Fast Response once last year for an AC repair and again recently for a HVAC blower issue. I worked with Brooke the first time and Matt most recently. Both technicians came out within a few hours of my call, took care of the problem efficiently, and were more than willing to explain to me what they were checking and how they fixed the problem. I had a great experience both times and would recommend them to anyone in Grove City!

Kevin was amazing! This is his second year out to my residence. He always goes above and beyond. Takes the time to explain everything going on with the a/c unit and fixed our a/c issues. I hope AHS and first response continue their work together. I will be requesting First Response and Kevin in the future. 👍👍

Kevin was our technician. He came out to do our spring cleaning/tune up of the AC unit. He did a fantastically thorough job and even brought me outside to show me everything he was doing and why. A great learning experience and he was extremely personable. Would recommend to anyone.
