They're not kidding with their name. Our original 24-year-old AC unit finally bit the dust yesterday afternoon in the horrible heat and humidity. Our house had an internal temperature of 86°F with 51% humidity. We called them that same day asking for someone to come out and look at our system and give us a quote if it ended up that we would need a new unit. The tech came out at around 4:00 PM. He checked our entire system and found that the refrigerant they put in to top everything up 2 days ago all went bye-bye due to a rust hole at the evaporator coil. He gave us a quote a lot cheaper than we were expecting, AND gave us a partial credit towards it because of the $400 we paid 3 days ago for the refrigerant top up they did. We asked about going from the old 2.5 ton system for a 3 ton. Everything included, we were quoted $3975 (I was expecting over $5,000) and they could have someone out the very next day (today). I called them first thing this morning just after they opened to find out what time frame they were going to offer us. Turns out that their lead installer was already en route with everything needed for the install. He arrived at our doorstep within 15 minutes of me making that call. 3 hours later and we had a brand new, shiny, powerful AC system. Everyone was great to work with and very transparent and upfront about everything from start to finish. This was an astounding first impression for us, being new customers, and I was completely blown away by how serious they take their jobs. The words "Fast Response" don't do them justice. If you have any sort of HVAC problems, these people should be your first pick. All in, they took care of us in a total of around 5 hours; 1 hour yesterday and 4 hours today. Five. Hours. I don't think anyone else could've gotten it done any faster or just as reasonably priced. If I have another issue with my HVAC system, Fast Response will be my first and only call. They should be yours, too.

Horrible service. I never bother with these but this service was so bad I hope no one else experience this. Waited 3 weeks for parts. Was supposed to be to priority for repair and they didn’t show. Btw their name is “fast response”. It took them three days to send me the parts order. She had it on her computer and I gave them my e-mail. Yet she say”it takes 2-3 days to send it”. What?!? They won’t tell you when they will arrive. Only to wait for a 30 minute call. What?!? Can’t even say am or Pm. Where someone is on the list? Don’t worry. Took the day off of work and the repair man never showed up.

This business will cause more harm then good to any system they are trying to fix. Lying is their trademark. Waiting forever to fix HVAC system. Just read google reviews and you can see that so many bad reviews cannot be wrong!

I had a Ac unit replaced by these guys last year. The techs and the installers were all great to deal with. Fast forward to 6 months later. I had my ac relay go bad. Placed a call and a tech showed up 3 hours later. She was just as courteous and professional this visit as she was last year. She was able to quickly diagnose and and repair the issue. Thanks to the 10 year warranty that Fast Response H&C provides with every new installation, the service was free of charge.

I had never heard of this company until last year when AHS sent them out to inspect my damaged ac unit. They replaced the unit within 24 hours. So far, I have nothing be good things to say about this company. Good service should be recognized just as much as bad service. Thank you guys.

I was looking for a company who can do local ac repair, and came across Future Aire. the compressor in the AC in our living room kept turning off after just a few minutes of use, and when Roman came to our house, he figured out the problem and fixed it right on the spot which was a nice surprise

Fast Response was selected by my warranty company American Home Shield (stay away from them as well).

I was extremely upset and disappointed with FRH&C. Their technician was sent to our home Nov 18th to inspect our HVAC unit and why it wasn't working. When he arrived I realized this technician had been to our home the previous year, he recognized us immediately.

To be fair the tech was great, he diagnosed everything, listened to our concerns regarding the history of the unit. After he was done he sent me his notes directly and what he was sending to the office he worked out of. There were several issues with the unit. His recommendation was to replace the entire heating system. I agreed.

This where the issues begin. FRH&C altered his final assessment and instead recommended that we have several parts repaired instead of just replacing the entire system to our home warranty company. WHY WOULD THEY FLAT LIE TO THE WARRANTY COMPANY. After paying upfront for labor ($1600) and was told someone would be at my home the next day to make sure they had the right part or brand, no one called or showed up.

I went back and forth with them and the warranty company trying to get the best possible outcome for my family since we haven't had heat since Nov 15th. They don't care about you or your family or what it cost. As long as they can keep draining you of your hard earned money. You can't trust them.

ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS NOT LIE ABOUT THE ORIGINAL TECHS INSPECTION!! WE WOULD HAVE GLADLY PAID THE LABOR TO HAVE A NEW SYSTEM INSTALLED.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I wish I can give zero stars. They are super slow and busy. For more than two weeks they are just planning and texting to come and fix the problem. Even they give only 20 minutes time window to come to the site and if you are not able to come in 20 minutes they will postpone service another week.

Unfortunately the quality of your service has gone downhill immensely. I can handle mistakes or even incompetence but I cannot excuse being lied to.

Friday 10/21: You send a technician out to fix an AC issue. He tells me that the furnace control board needs to be replaced and promises to return and replace it. He closes the order as "complete".

Friday 10/21: I call your dispatcher and they inform me that the order is closed as complete. I tell them it is not and to please send someone out with a new control board or at least talk to the previous tech. The dispatcher says they can't get a hold of them and since there is no documentation they won't order a new control board.

Monday 10/24: Jameson comes out. He is extremely professional and apologetic. But he came with no information. He diagnoses the problem and determines that the control board needs to be replaced.

Tuesday 10/25: Jake and Gauge come out. They say they are going to replace the control board. After some time Jake tells me that the control board was replaced and that the issue was with a power surge / wiring issue. Or maybe a thermostat. I ask to see the control board they took out. I also notice that the control board that is currently installed, supposedly the new one, is dusty. He shows me a completely different looking control board. Unfortuntately for them I had previously taken a photo of the old control board and it was the one that was still installed. I caught them red handed lying about installing a new control board. Jake had no response and just said that his buddy said that he had replaced it. He admitted that the board had not been replaced. They left promising to fix the issue the next time and to come back with the real board.

Unfortunately I have zero trust in this company after all these lies. In previous years your service was outstanding. Your techs were honest and efficient. I don't understand what happened. I'd like to believe that these are isolated instances of dishonest technicians but the trend seems to indicate that this is a company wide issue.

Terrible experience from the customer service line to the actual repair. I constantly reached the voicemail of the customer service line. I had a technician no show after waiting for 4 hours. 3 different technicians were sent out and ALL of them misdiagnosed the issue with my furnace. All quoted different parts. I had grove city heating & cooling come in after giving up on Fast Response. They diagnosed and fixed the issue without any additional parts or visits.

Save your time and money and go with another company.

The service repair techs are always helpful but the customer service and process is just nonexistent - I work away from home each days and they cannot schedule time ahead on the phone, they say the “scheduling department will call you to set up a time 24 hrs in advance”… then they call 30 minutes before some made up appt they make, without having set anything up, and if you aren’t free that time then good luck hearing from them again.

Then when they are “ordering a part” and you receive that call w/ no heads up or previous scheduling, they mysteriously never had that part and have no record of calling you if you try to call them back…shady business from the corporate side, I would just advise using another provider if you aren’t bound by a warranty.

Credit to their sales department for setting up those warranty partnerships but boy do they have room to improve everywhere else :)
