Horrible Response
A bunch of crooks and kids running this business !!
Avoid at all cost !!

Horrible scheduling
They will only schedule you for the whole day, no time range of when they might show up, but then, I had over 7 ones/days where after being scheduled and told to wait at home for someone to come do the repair only for no one to show up and not even a call to let you know the can’t make it

Horrible repair
After 2 days of scheduled misses with no show, a young kid eventually comes out to replace the fan motor, I am sure the kid must’ve been right out of high school came out and replaced the motor, she struggled with putting it in, did the job and left, then the noise started, the motor was unbalanced so every time it runs it’s shaking the whole furnace
Another two schedule missed later, another kid comes out, he said oh just a loose screw, he tightened it and left
Noise continued, called them again and asked for someone over the age of 20 to please come and fix their botched repair
They promised a senior tech this time, 3 days of scheduled and no call and no show
I am beside my self and these people don’t give a darn, I called and complained to no avail

A big part of the problem is the repair was done through my home warranty, so they were paid and I have no recourse on the money side of things

TERRIBLE service and customer service. They scheduled me 2 days out then would not tell me when they were coming on the day of. They simply said they start their day between 8 and 9 but you have no idea where you are in their day. I missed the phone call from the tech so he moved on EVEN THOUGH I called back 30 mins later and there was someone at the house the entire time waiting. I called and spoke to a supervisor who simply just read a script, didn't care to solve the problem and said they don't know when they can get me back on the schedule because its handled in a different department. He wouldn't even try to expedite service. They are NOT a fast response company and exact opposite of what they claim

I was skeptical that I could not get an ETA just that a technician would call 30 minutes before he would arrive. But that is exactly what happened I received a call from Lenny and he was here in less then the 30 minutes. He was so friendly and was able to troubleshoot our problem within minutes and total time here diagnosing and changing out the bad part was maybe a half hour. I can not say enough nice things about Lenny but I'm so glad he was the one that came out, he was absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much for getting our air conditioning running!!!!

Fast response has been to my house 4 times to “fix” my AC unit in the last month. Regardless of the “fix” they do it only last a few days and dies again. The first time they said it was low on Freon and said the emergency company we had come out before them ripped us off. They refilled the unit and left. It worked a couple days. Fast response came out again and said it had a leak and the leak was due to shoddy work by the first company. They found the “leak” and refilled it, again, and said we were good to go. It died once again and the last time they were here they said the capacitor was bad and the fan was blowing the opposite way it should be. They “fixed” that issue and again my AC died last night. Fast response is the ONLY company my home warranty company uses and we’ve passed along how terrible they are to the warranty company. The same tech came to our house each time, his name is Bernie. Bernie is kind and polite but he has given us no confidence in his skills with AC units and that also reflects negatively on the entire company since they can’t seem to hire competent help. This is ridiculous that it’s carried on like this for so long. I’m also in the middle of a long complaint with the BBB to report Fast Response. I tried to leave a review on their Facebook page as well but there’s no place to leave one.

Worst experience ever! Called them on June 30 and within 24 hours they came out and diagnosed the problem (only good part). On June 5th I called them to follow up on the issue so they communicated that the blower motor is bad so it will take upto 14 business days to get the part and delay is due to covid. I said let's order the part. I called multiple local supplier and parts were available but anyway I decided to wait as they had ordered the part. On July 14, I received a call from Fast response that your part has arrived and the technician will call you when he is on the way to your house. Few hours later, I received a call from the tenant no one showed up to fix the AC. I called the Fast Response and they said the technician called and no one answered so technician skipped your house. The tenant sent me a screen shot and no one from Fast Response called. I called Fast response back and asked for an appointment for Friday so (loaid) customer service agent said the technician will call Friday morning to schedule so no one called. I called them Friday and Loaid said " we are super busy today and tomorrow so the next schedule is Monday. I asked her the time slot for Monday and she said that she will call me back shortly with the time slot but no call.
Monday came and I called for a schedule and I was told that my AC doesn't need any part according to GM and GM is out for two days so they can't do anything. It has been 105F since July 1st and these people are just playing games. Worst company.!

ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE. These people came out to “fix” my air after my kids, and I had been in the heat for 4 days straight. They claimed they had the wrong number and had been calling but I called them a number of times and no response. They finally come out, and the solution they came up with was to flush the line and the job was complete, AIR STILL NOT WORKING but the job was complete!! Also, he did not wait to see if it was blowing cool or not just said he was done. Then I called the next day to see what was going on because nothing was complete and their response was to set an appointment 2 days later while we sit in a hot house while its 103 degrees out, I asked the lady is that how they treat their customers, this lady said YES…. SMH and had the nerve to say I was being rude, and she was going to disconnect the call. Oh, and another crazy thing when she said we can schedule another appointment, they don’t have a set time. So, I’m supposed to sit at home in the heat with my baby and miss work, just to see if they MIGHT show up before the time I would be getting off from work. So unprofessional and inconsiderate!!! Hate is a strong word but I can say I hate these people the care nothing about your family and they DO NOT RESPOND FAST!!

This crew was the best I've ever had come into my home for any kind of service. Very friendly and outgoing crew. Professional is an understatement. They explained their process and made sure everything was very easy to understand. We live in an old home so the work was not easy to do but they maintained a great attitude all day. Can't say enough good things about them. Hello! The techs that worked on your unit today were:
