Did not finish the job. My parents had a plugged sewer line they Started the work then had to leave for another job and did not come back for 2 days. Then they did come back for an hour then had to leave to go to another job. And then did not come back for another two days. They were without 2 bathrooms and showers for a week. Had to find someone els . They were there the next day and had it fixed in 2 1/2 hours. And the price was right. Jack's sent a bill for 3 times of what the other plumber charge that fixed it. And they did nothing but leave a mess for clean up. If I could give a negative star I would. It would be -5
They have use Jack's for their heating and other problems and have no problems with them. Use them for their regular maintenance on their furnace would give them a 5 star on that.

I do not normally leave bad reviews but we had a terrible experience with this company. We had no hot water and he diagnosed it as a part that needed replacing, ordered the part and went MIA for almost two weeks only to come back with the wrong part, claim the unit was installed wrong (4 years ago), wasn’t up to code, and refuse to do further work. He never mentioned this before when diagnosing the issue. Long story short we got Muchael and sons out who fixed the issue no problem without a new part and said the guy had left our unit completely disassembled which had caused a secondary issue.

JACK’S did a great job installing a new furnace. Service was great, scheduled the time and showed up on time. Cleaned up after the job, and did a nice job on the installation at a reasonable price!

I called at 8:00 am and my furnace was fixed and running by12:30 the same day. Jack’s has very professional courteous employees. We couldn’t have had any better service.

We had a mess with our furnace jacks came out three times to fix it they was very nice and was here when they said they would be due to the shape our furnace was in they done their best . I am very satisfied with the work they done to help us in the cold weather . Thanks jacks they have great service men would recommend to anyone .

Matt and his crew were great! Installed a brand new ac unit and replaced our old furnace. Very courteous and professional service! Thank you for everything!!!

I needed a new furnace during one of the coldest periods of the year. Jacks did a great job and I am happy with the price i paid. I would recommend Jack's to anyone.

Always the first call I make when I have an issue. I use them both for my business as well as my personal home.

They have specialists in their areas. You don’t have a “jack of all trades” showing up. You get an expert in their field.

They couldn’t get the bathroom drain unclogged. Was charged the full 250$ just for them to tell me they couldn’t figure it out. Left a mess for us to clean up afterwards. Would not recommend.

They arrived on time and fixed the problem and they were reasonably priced!!! I would definitely use them again if needed!!!
