When we called they were able to come the same day. Very nice guy and did an awesome job explaining what he was doing to fix the problem and then fixed it.

Mouthy receptionist needs to watch herself!!! She will cost you business!!

We had Jack's out to our house many times. We were having them put in new water lines in our house. When they came I asked them to investigate the smell. They were literally down in the crawl space and claimed they didn't see anything wrong. We had them out on a different service to run a gas line. They claimed they didn't see anything at that point. This has been going on for over a year!!! We finally called Roto Rooter out and guess what?! We had a busted pipe with food sewage coming out. Jack's failed their job not once, but twice!! And then when my boyfriend went to call them about it the receptionist was a nasty.... you know what! Saying to my boyfriend "well what do you want me to do about it? I can't do anything." She really needs to watch her mouth and who shes talkin to! That's just 1 more person who needs fired

They tore out a old furnace they put in a brand new furnace and ductwork very professional on time every morning cleaned up their mess did a excellent job would highly recommend these guys for any job thanks again

Very reliable and quick service. These guys are awesome. They were in and out and cleaned up after themselves! Brought their own shop vacs and everything. They've been out here twice now and I will keep using them for my HVAV services.

The clear communication made me feel so much more confident in the decision we were making! They were respectful, understanding, and answered all of my questions. My AC failed over the weekend. Issue was low refrigerant on a product that is no longer produced. I had another local Findlay company out for a quote of my air conditioner being down and was quoted $12k and a lead time of over a week for an entire system! Jacks worked with me on what I actually needed (just the condenser and coil) and had me up and running for a little over $3k. My family very much appreciated the quick replacement and fair price. Highly recommended!

Dealing with Jack's was an excellent experience. The quoting process, installation, and post install was painless. They quoted me a great price, stuck to what they said they would do, and executed flawlessly. I have not a single complaint. Matt was the one who took, and expedited, the process along the way. The service was quick and detailed.

Had an emergency at 3 am. Water heater broke and leaking. Called the emergency number and a guy, Tim, came over within 20 minutes and took care of the problem! Great attitude and very helpful! Definitely recommended!!
