Highly recommend Jacobs Pluming and Heating. Their staff are pleasant, professionals who are very knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated their willingness to work around my schedule as best they could. Gentleman who repaired the leak in our sink did so efficiently, did quality work and cleaned up the area before leaving.

My furnace went out on a Friday and Jacob's Heating Cooling and Plumbing was able to fit me into their schedule first thing Monday morning to replace it. Not only did their quote come in lower than other companies, they were able to get the job done sooner. I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.

Dan, Chris, and Alex were fantastic! We have been out of heat from a gas leak for a couple months now. These gentleman were determined to get our problem fixed today and made it happen! I highly recommend Jacob’s Heating and Cooling. My AC quit the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend. I left a message, hoping to hear from them Tuesday morning. Their response was immediate. In spite of how busy they were after the long weekend, they had a new AC installed within a few days—before other companies could even make a service call and give me an estimate. They were professional and friendly, did a great job and left everything neat and tidy. Price was reasonable as well. They go above and beyond. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.

Jacobs Heating and A/C was great about getting our new toilet installed. They scheduled us, but I let them know I didn't think the toilet would last that long, and they came the very next morning. Guys were professional and friendly. Price great! Gals in the office are friendly, knowledgeable, and super to work with! Awesome company!!

I have a ventless free standing LP fireplace I needed checked out after in barn for a couple years. One company picked it up, only performed light exterior cleaning, after 8 days in shop, not checking out how it worked, I went picked it up. Once home, I immediately googled plumping co. saw Jacob's 5 star rating, I called, Sara understood how important it was for wife and I to have our fireplace working for Christmas. Chris able to come out same day and even though this is not the type of item he normally works on, took great effort to check it out thoroughly, took apart - cleaned internal components, found old spider nest that hindered gas flow, checked all other gas lines and fired it up. Now wife and I have our romantic, cozy fireplace flames toasting our toes and with stockings hanging from our new mantel above the fireplace, the setting is perfect. I woke up to a dishwasher leak, and Jacobs was able to get out within a couple hours - definitely the most responsive company I called that morning. They were professional, efficient, and knew what they were doing. They also respected me and never talked down to me, which, as a woman, has happened and sucks. I trusted everything they said and they had my best interest in mind and were not just out for money. If I have a problem again, I’m DEFINITELY calling Jacobs!

They helped my sister when her AC went out in the heat of the summer. Jacobs was able to replace their furnace and AC very quickly and at a good price. Their warranty is very good as well. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

It takes a lot to impress my grandma — having been a business owner for over 20yr she has high standards for customer service… Well, some would call them high, but for her and the rest of my family they’re just fair. I recently visited her from Phoenix, and she raved and raved about the team at Jacobs who installed her new air conditioning/heating unit. She said how professional and friendly they were, how they had fair prices, and how they really went above and beyond to best serve her. As her granddaughter, it really means a lot to me to know that there are companies who really look out for their customers and aren’t so transactional, who aren’t just trying to squeeze as much money out of people as possible. Given that I live on the other side of the country I get really frustrated hearing about some of the negative experiences my grandma has with different service companies whether it be phone, Internet, or just general house repairs… I wish I could be there to vet these companies and make sure she’s not getting taken advantage of.
However, after hearing her experience with Jacobs, and after I reached out to them to thank them personally and to ask them if it would be possible to do a quick service call to install a new backlit thermostat for her, I’ve got to say I’m really impressed and I’m really thankful that good honest companies like Jacob still exist.
