I can’t say enough good things about Mr Air! They have been great from the start when we had Tommy install a new furnace and AC unit for us at the best price in town with great service, all the way until we sold our house and Alan came back to make sure everything was working properly and dealt with the headaches of realtors and home inspectors. Keep up the great work! We will always recommend Mr Air to everyone!

I’ll start by saying I’m not a huge review writer but I had such a great conversation with this company about an ongoing issue in my home and they were by far one of the most professional companies I have ever spoken to in this field! Wow! You know you’ve done your job right when you speak to a potential customer that you haven’t even done work for and they leave you a review. I was given great recommendations and potential diagnoses of what could be causing the issue based on their experience. If they could have done the work in my house, I would have hired them in a heart beat!!! Thank you for the amazing customer service and professionalism! Talk about first impressions, I have them saved for future work!

Tommy came out the same day I called him. He was extremely nice. He tried to troubleshoot a few things over the phone with me and was honest about everything up front. I felt really comfortable that I was in good hands and that he knew what he was doing. He was professional and took care of everything for me. He did some extra checks to make sure the problem was solved and wouldn't occur again. I highly recommend Mr. Air. It was the best price around and extremely quality service.

I had a carbon monoxide scare. I called Mr. Air and Tommy was at my home in an hour. Very professional, courteous, super friendly and, most important of all, thorough. The cost was beyond reasonable. I would be happy to recommend Mr. Air, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Allen did a great job servicing our AC and furnace. He was on time, thorough, careful not to make a mess & super friendly. This is my first time using Mr. Air, and Allen made a great first impression. I will hire them again.

Our air conditioning recently stopped working in our home, so we had a company come out to diagnose the problem. Five visits later & nothing but numerous refrigerant recharges, our problem persisted. I gave up on the unnamed company, and found Mr. Air out of Pataskala. I spoke with the owner, Tommy, and he came out to look at our system right away. Almost immediately he found the problem, and quickly came up with a plan to resolve it. Within the next week, our system was repaired and we were enjoying cool air again. Tommy is an honest and hardworking guy, and there were a couple nights that he was working late at our home to guarantee our system was working up to his standards. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Air to anyone, I am very pleased with the service, communication, and overall professionalism that Tommy and his business gave to our problem. A+++!

I could not be happier with Mr. Air. They’re so professional. I know nothing about HVAC, but they kept me informed every step of the way to get my heat working just in time for the cold temperatures. They are also very friendly, and they gave me the best deal they could. I will definitely be using them again to tune up my a/c in the spring!

Tommy did more than what a professional would do. Right on time, followed on the work he did, let me know what to do next. He is a nice person. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are real professionals.
