Dusty replaced my sump pump. He was professional and personable, very informative and kind. The other technician, Jason, was also very approachable and helpful. They both performed a great job. The entire experience was very good.

I really appreciate the quality of the work Nate and Randy did at my house. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about my issue. Nate offered different options but let me make the final choice (did not push me either way). I am 71 Years old and as I get older I really appreciate service over price and the price was fair. If I need anymore plumbing service I will contact Apex and ask for Nate and Randy!!! I do not have her name but I hope you can tell who took my original call. She was wonderful. She was very concerned about my 92 year old dad going all night without water but she just could not get us on the schedule until the next day. I called 10 different companies and none could come that evening but because the lady was so wonderful that answered the phone when I called Apex I went straight back to Apex because she really cared!!! Please thank her and let her know she is the reason I booked with Apex.
