Apex and Rob were great. Got me set up with an appointment right way over a weekend. At the appt Rob got right to work, identified the problem, and completed all the work in no time! Even threw in a couple extra things he found at no charge. Not necessarily “inexpensive” but worth my time and energy to have a pro take care of it correctly. Would recommend.

Apex was the best price out of 3 quotes we received. After learning Apex used commercial grade water heaters, while the other companies were using mediocre quality equipment, we decided to book our installation with Apex. We are glad we did! Rob and Anthony were diligent and professional. They even brought Apex mascot toys for the kids.

Contacted a 5-Star plumbing specialist when our basement drain backed up. The job was more than a clogged sewer line as it turned out. The damage was to the point that a major sewer line repair/replacement was the only option and that meant getting competitive bids. APEX was chosen primarily for their well-experienced management which translated to me as assurance that if anything went wrong, they would know what "fix" worked, there was no pressure at any point to sign on the dotted line either.

Justin Thompson is a good communicator, easily explained the processes, good listener. The excavation crew worked well together, considerate of my juvenile Red Bud tree and my mature pines, great attitudes throughout. OSHA compliance is important to me and the crew topside top made sure the guy in the "hole" was protected with both a Plan A & a Plan B in the event of a collapse. I could say more but APEX is rated 5-Star for good reason. Call them.

Dusty did a wonderful job! It was a pleasure working with him! I would recommend him in a heart beat! 10/10 5 stars! Diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes. I had Columbia gas come out to diagnose the leak and they couldn't find it. It took Dusty 20 minutes to solve the problem. I'll definitely use Apex in the future! Dusty is valuable asset to Apex! They were so professional and quick. It was 3 1/2 hours from the time we saw our old water heater was leaking until the new one was installed and everything was cleaned up and the old removed.

This company was great. It started with the call to schedule the appointment. The agent was nice and knowledgeable. The service was quick fix of a running toilet at a reasonable price. I will use them again.
