EXPENSIVE. Technician had the audacity to say to me " this isn't a 3rd world country" when he handed me an outrageous estimate for work. I escorted him out.

Justin was great. He's been out twice to our house and has fixed both issues. I would definitely recommend him and Apex to anyone. They are my go-to plumbers now.

The team did a great job of explaining everything and did a great job replacing our water heater. I sent a service request in the evening and they were here by 9am the next day!

Called on a monday and they said they could come out but then canceled later. Rescheduled for next day but never made the appointment. Had to reschedule again for that Thursday. The plumber Rodney was a good guy

Very professional and courteous. Looked over potential leaks and potential damaged mechanicals due basement leak. Repaired spigot and was able to salvage piping for insurance claim
