I WORKED FOR AFO FOR 3 YRS HAD TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT OFF 3 MONTHS ON FMLA. CAME BACK TO WORK AND WORKED 2 WEEKS AND WAS DISCHARGED FROM EMPLOYMENT .I AM 55 WITH 33 YRS HVAC EXPERIENCE. DISCHARGED VERY QUESTIONABLE
