SCAMMERS Quote me $950 for a pipe replacement under the house. Had a REAL plumber come and all he had to do was clean the filter on the sink, washer and toilet and charged me $60 and everything is fixed

Called for a emergency service at 8:37 am they paged the technician but never got called back until 12 hours later. 22 degrees outside with 8 kids in the home. I had to call someone else to fix my furnace. They then called me the next day claiming they wasn't taking on new customers. I find it interesting how they try to justify their poor quality of service. Horrible experience and horrible business.

Terrible place to go. DO NOT USE THEM AFTER MONEY NOT FIXING ISSUES. 5 YEARS AND HAVE MULTIPLE SERVICE CALLS FOR SAME REASONS. WE DECIDED TO GO ELSEWHERE FOR ALL THE PAIN AND SUFFERING. GOOD RIDDENS.

It took a minute to get a quote for the job. They were out December 30th i believe and they came back out in February, we received our quote in March. Once we received the quote for the work they were very quick to get the items in, and to get the work done! We had expected a lot of rain in the days following the work so it seemed as if they had all the manpower they could muster up to come out and get the job done before the rain. Jim was very helpful in explaining what we needed done, whereas other plumbing companies never even brought in a camera and guessed, saying we "probably" needed a new drainage system around the house.

The price range was exactly what we had hoped/expected it would be for a new sump pit and rerouting some plumbing. They also explained to us the different scenarios that we could run into and the cost of those scenarios. That is something we love about the company, we were not going in blind as to what this would cost. We knew ahead of time the worst case scenarios.

They did a very good job, and cleaned up the mess when they were done. They worked around our schedules well, and were very professional. We are a loyal business kind of family, once we find a company we like we stick with them and we will definitely call them out for all of our plumbing needs!

Prompt response for a furnace issue. Straight forward pricing. Came in under the quoted amount. Fantastic service and fantastic customer service! Highly recommend for any issues!

We had an amazing experience with their HVAC team, getting the project done in a time-friendly manner and everyone was very nice. However, we did not get the same experience from the plumbing team. We not only got charged for them to drive out here, which they were suppose to come with the HVAC team, had to call 3 times to get someone out here and then they were only here for 45 minutes. After all this we still do not have the original problem fixed, and the lady I have spoke with in the office was no help telling me “it’s just how we bill”, I have never been charged for drive time from any business especially one that I had to repeatedly call just to get them out to my house. I am supposedly waiting on a call from a manager but it has been a week and still nothing. Sad to say will not be using them again in the future!

Great service called them on the weekend and the called right back and was able to walk me thru some troubleshooting things over the phone so they could better diagnose the problem without having to make two service calls. In the end they were able to walk me thru how to fix the problem without having to send anyone out. Great company.

Water heater quit after gas line work. They came out and were able to figure out that it was an easy fix, and did out A/C and furnace check at the same time. No missed work for me. Great service from them since about 1991.

Poor customer service! Say they will call in advance, they dont...they just show up, so dont go anywhere to use the toilet or shower all day and wait by the door because i left for 20 minutes and they came, i drove by them on the road 1 mile away and called immediately of course they couldnt come back till the next day. Then the woman lied to me and said she "didnt have my number", then when i called her out on it...it was she "was at lunch"...and had the nerve to be nasty with me on the phone...IM THE CUSTOMER!!! I wouldn't even give them one star if it didnt make me...we called elsewhere!
