    Amy has been so nice to work with. I've never had an issue with communication. She is always pleasant and professional. Jason and Phil are currently working with us on a plumbing nightmare. I'm so thankful to have them on our side. I truly feel they our best interest in mind. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

    After calling plumbers in our town, leaving messages and not getting calls back (for 2 days) we called Fishers in Delphos. Within an hour we had someone out at our house, and the next day the problem was solved! My husband was beyond impressed with the guys that came out (Mark and Jason) and we will be using them for all plumbing needs in the future!

    It has come to our attention that an employee (or the owner, details unsure) have been making statements that they will not allow (prevent) a (minority) family from building a house in the area. This is compounded by reports that another malicious actor is actively stifling sale of the area because he wishes to buy it for far below value. These combined strongly suggest a collusion to defraud said family not only of their land's value, but of building a home, which they are legally mandated to do.

    Be very cautious with this company.

    Tried for several months to get on the list to fix my humidifier that was installed by Fischer with a new furnace approx. 1 1/2 years ago. I had to call someone else to handle the issue. They showed up within a week. The humidifier had never worked as in was not properly installed in the first place. It cost me over $200 to fix something that was not correctly installed.

    If i could leave a zero stars i would. We will never be going to Fischer plumbing again. We live out of town and had them come check out our septic system, they drained it and told us what they thought was wrong and we asked for a quote on how much it would be, but one of the guys that came out estimated about $700 but that they would get back to us with an actual quote once they were back to their office. We tried to contact them about this quote multiple times in a weeks time but apparently they only have one person who answers phone calls and she either doesn’t listen to voicemails or just in general doesn’t return phone calls. Next thing we know they give us a call and say that they’ve already been out to our house while we were at work and fixed everything and that we’d be getting a bill in the mail. We get this bill in the mail and it is almost double what the guy estimated and we still had never gotten the quote we originally asked for. We call to make a payment on this, and they tell us they don’t do financing, and it all needs to be paid up front. We tell them we are not paying it all at once, that it isn’t practical for us, and maybe we could have been better prepared for the bill we had gotten if we had received the quote we asked for BEFORE they welcomed themselves out to our house to fix it, or we could have looked elsewhere to have someone else fix it. She accepted what we said we could pay at that time and we told her we would be making payments as often as possible. They also replaced a light that they told us was working fine when they came out to drain our septic tank which was a $200.00 light, and if it was working fine, I don’t know why it needed to be replaced. Now we’ve been calling and trying to make payments on this bill every other week, but we very rarely ever get our phone calls answered or returned, and when the lady that does make our payments answers she is extremely rude. Absolutely awful customer service. I understand they don’t like having payments that need made, but we don’t like having the bill anymore than they do. And we are paying on it as much as we can and as often as we can(if someone answers the phone). Today she guilt tripped us and said “how would you feel if someone owed you money and wasn’t paying you”. Unprofessional to say the least. I am not putting us in a pinch if something else were to come up or an emergency, to pay this off all at once; on top of paying the rest of our monthly bills and then having an unexpected 1100.00+ bill come up, that we expected to be half of. We have paid $400 on this bill in the last month, and will continue to pay on it until it’s paid off. But we will never contact them to do anything for us again, along with our families who have also been made aware of our experience. AWFUL business and AWFUL employee working in customer service.

    After not having A/C for a month. Getting told we were on the list, called Scott Wagner plumbing and had someone here at 8 the next morning. Fixed within 1 1/2 hours. Wanted to stay with you as you installed the system. Too bad you never had time for a repair.
