Grothouse Plumbing and Heating

Told me they would call back with appt time for next day. They never called back.

I called this company to have work done on a property in Delphos. They informed me they weren’t taking new customers and haven’t taken new customers for over a year. Don’t waste your time calling them. They were very rude on the phone. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Slow and overcharged
Finally gets the work done.. This was back in 2014 & 15... Could have better workers now

Emergency service well trained young man spoke high of owner and towne and country apartments will keep them as long as I am there.even the receptionist was understanding and professional.

When we had a problem with our new furnace we called and they took care of the problem.
