I agree with several others on here. The quality of service and “reliability” is not good. I’d suggest going elsewhere! I had a small job and they sent two people. I was charged the hourly rate for each and the problem persists…
Have done business with Reliable for 25 years. No more. Paid for system check in May. Following October furnace wouldn't work. Was told no appointments for ten days. We were without heat. Will never deal with them again.
We didn't even get "Reliable" to come out to our new home to install our well. It rained for just a little bit, maybe even just sprinkled, Reliable decided not to come, they said they would be at our home by 8:30am and now expect us to wait a week or more for them to come again instead of pushing it back a day and everyone else back like they did to us in the first place!! They should be called "Unreliable". If you want any outdoor work done, you are better off with someone else.
Reliable Plumbing & Heating in Delphos provides professional service in a timely manner. We are more than pleased with the few times we have called for service. The employees are great to work with. Do not let the bad reviews fool you. We will never call anyone else.
Terrible ! They were suppose to replace our entire water and sewer lines. They did not. The pipe they put in we were told will never get tree roots in it. Pipe clogged again, why ?? Filled with tree roots. Made bbb complaint. Tony came out. Did something, Idk what in front of our house. Came home to a mess, the 2nd time they left a mess. Employee they sent out told me as he shrugged his shoulders that he didn't care what I decided. THIS COMPANY CARES NOTHING ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. We now have to call another plumber and pay for the mess that reliable left us ! Do not use ! Cocky employees and an owner that just ignores you unless you push for a response ! ADDITION : Yesterday I picked up a full refund for the work they completed wrong. This payment will pay for the new plumber that is coming out at the end of the week. Hopefully we can get this sewer finally fixed. But we will see.
Wife blew power to our apartment (one of three units in house) last night had to leave work early and get a hotel room so our children didnt have to sleep in the cold.
Breaker was tripped, but gave nothing after being reset, old style fuses looked okay as far as I know, beyond my skillset.
Landlord told us to call reliable with his permission. Wife made several calls, left a message before eventually getting a call back. Gentleman proceeded to talk over my wife and tell her she needs to call the power company.
Tried calling them from my phone and no response. (Nice emergency number by the way)
Gonna call AEP and see about their new residential electricians I've never heard of.
I needed an underground water leak fixed. They (Delphos Ohio Reliable Plumbing and Heating) showed up for the job and said that they will not start it because the gas line was not marked. Supposedly they never ran into this problem before. They called some guy (they would only tell me the guys last name) to mark the gas line. No one ever showed up and Reliable never called me to keep me informed as to what was going on. I had to call them over 3 times to get an update. Everytime I called they said that they would give BOB the message to call me back. Well BOB never called me from any of those messages. BOB ended up coming to my house and preceded to say "That F****R never showed up yet? He tells me that the guy he hired keeps going to the wrong house. I asked for the guys phone number (to get him to the right house) and BOB tells me "No I will not give you the number, I don't need you calling and getting all over him. I have to work with the guy." Bob kept telling me in a very loud and harsh voice that "I can't call you if I don't know anything" "Tony is the one that is taking care of this and Tony is the one that should be calling you." WOW WHAT A PROFESSIONAL ! ! ! ! Needless to say, I called Tony (the owner of the company) and let him know how his employee BOB conducts himself to a customer.
I called them about a clogged pipe and they were out within the same day and had it fixed up immediately. The service was very professional and cost was reasonable.
