Incredible service from Ricky and Ethan. We had two other companies, including roto rooter, who couldnt fix the clogged tube issue we had. Ricky not only fixed the issue but identified some other issues like leaking pipe that was damaging our floors that the previous two companies either didnt identify or didnt bother saying anything. They showed up early, were very professional, and knowledgable. Highly recommend Ed Rike plumbing and Ricky / Ethan. Best service we've expended in quiet a long time.

Ricky came to my house at 5 o’clock the night before Thanksgiving. He was neat and tidy, and always wore his booties. If you have to have a plumber while you’re preparing for a get together, Ricky is the guy you want. He was diligent about making certain he had solved my drain problems. Definitely will use him again!

We had Nate as the tech come unclog our tub drain today. He was very personable, polite, respectful, and funny. He showed me what I could do before I call in the future to make sure I needed him to come out. His helper was Ethan. He also was very polite, respectful, and helpful.
