Elijah was a tremendous help. Had an emergency over the weekend, he came out within an hour and got everything fixed very quickly.

Even though the end of the normal work day had arrived, Ed Rike Plumbing responded to our call for help. Tech Elijah was dispatched from an hour away, after hours, to our situation. Elijah called to say he was on his way, about an hour out, and he arrived as he said he would. He was courteous, professional, wore his shoe booties in the House, and didn’t waste any time getting to work. After diagnosing the situation, Elijah explained the options and costs, and let us make the choice. NOTE: none of their services is cheap! We got hit with a bill over 500 bucks!!

Our old hot water heater died on the weekend and Ricky from Ed Rike Plumbing was out early on Saturday afternoon to replace it. He was very professional, very kind, and very efficiently did the work necessary to install a new water heater. We really appreciate the thorough job he did and are happy to have hot water running through the pipes again!

We called Ed Rike for a bathroom issue, someone pleasant answered the phone;, expained our problem, scheduled an appointment, the tech, Elijah showed up on time, expained what needed to be done and promptly fixed the issue

Elijah worked fast, efficiently and did exactly what he and Albert said they would do and kept his word. Will call them first next time.

The pvc pipe underneath my kitchen sink was very old, leaking, and configured wrong. Ricky came up with a solution to fix it. He was very knowledgeable about the problem and was able to explain it in a way that I could understand. If I ever have any more plumbing work to be done, I will be calling Ed Rike.
