My heating furnace is outdated and it was completely out of order. So I brought two companies that concluded that it can not be fixed and that I need a new heater which costs arround $5,000. Then I brought Barker and they fixed it for only $733

Our blower wasn't working on our HVAC. We called Barker and the person that answered was professional, friendly, informative, and helpful. He was sure to set the propper expectations for us, so we would know what was going on every step of the way. Barker got out to us very quickly, the technician was knowledgeable, effecient, friendly, and was even nice to my dogs. The price was more than reasonable, and the technician was so kind as to give us some tips to maintain our heater better as well. We will be using Barker for all our HVAC needs going forward.

If I could give this company a zero I would. I am simply shopping around and the guy whom schedules the estimates (Matt) said that while he would come out and give me an estimate that if I'm looking at a low price central air unit that they were not the company to go with. Who tells a customer that. And who said I was only basing it on price alone? Anyway if you are looking at shopping around for a new central air unit and want to get pricing and information about what systems they sell and then compare pricing with the competitors along with product comparing this is not the company to go with. I didn't ask if you were the cheapest company I asked for a quote and was honest in telling you that I am shopping around which everyone should do when making a big purchase like this. I'm not going to pay you $3,000-$8000 to install a hunk of junk unit. And I want to get the best product for my money with good customer service. But thank you for weeding yourself out of calling you for any business in the future.

Amazing service. Got new HVAC system and adding Central Air to the house.

I got 3 quotes and they bet them all. 1 other company used Bryant also so it really was Apples to Apples. Even quoted the same system. I really liked how they break out the quote and have additional options you can add, so you are not just paying $$$ but can what each option adds. So you can see that the 96% is X and the 95% is Y and adding the humidifier is Z on either system.

They went over everything on the new system. They told me how to get it inspected from the city and even handled the Vectren and DP&L discounts/rebates.

Very happy with the service and the new HVAC system.

Finally a service provider that provides service! They arrive on time, they fix what is broken at a reasonable cost and are very professional in their work. My brother and I both had our furnaces break about the same time. After Barker had fixed their furnace problem and mine went out I had called my brother to see if they had HVAC provider recommendations, they highly recommended barker hvac and boy were they right. I then called Barker HVAC in a panic as it was 6 degrees outside and our furnace was now completely out. Everybody in Ohio was slammed due to the cold weather and it was so reassuring to call in and get a real professional to help at a really bad time. The moment she answered the phone I knew I had called the right HVAC provider. I don’t do these rating write ups. Good or Bad. This one I felt compelled to do - call them - you will not regret it. Joe Sowder was the technician, and took the time to explain how to determine the type of filter to place in my furnace. He stated my furnace was in good working condition and had not changed since his last inspection. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and informative.

The installation of the new Bryant furnace had a few hiccups at the beginning but the Barker Team saw it through to completion. They were always available and responsive when I called. I am very satisfied with the unit and with Barker.

Simply put, the best I’ve experienced!! Knowledgeable, dependable, competitive rates!!! And no annoying attempts to sell me a service contract- for that alone I’ll never call anybody else and neither should you...call Barker if you’re shopping for the best in Dayton!!!
